In the second installment of our Amazing World Bike Tour from Vietnam, we leave the Mekong River Delta and the Metropolis Saigon behind. Madness Cycling north we'll pass through Vietnam's Southeast the Central Highlands and the Central Coast. There will be dramatic changes in landscapes, climates and local lifestyles. We'll see Dalat, Da Nang but we mostly look forward to the in-between, the unpredictability of it all. The surprises and gems we didn't even know they exist. The daring adventure of being on the road in a far and foreign country with just a general direction in mind. It is going to be extremely hot and messy. It's almost 10 o'clock in the morning. We already have 38, 39 °C. The weather forecast is showing 46 degrees Celsius! But first back to quieter roads, to simple but authentic Vietnamese rural life and of course food.
