#214 A Warm Midsummer

It's a bit hard to see what's going on right now here because it's a mess Wires everywhere, ground is dug up. I took down the old battery box last week There's still connections there which I need to connect for underground use with gel connections, that go to the breaker box over there. And then In the end all every wire will be properly put away and out of sight. Which makes it also easier to clean here with the trimmer, to trim the grass. And I think these, well every single solar array can be a little shed, storage place. Because we need more storage. as I'm gonna work on the second cabin Especially like for things for guests, like sleeping bags and mattresses and stuff like that, tents garden equipment, that can all go underneath here.

They're nice small little roofs. But not there yet. First I need to connect the cables, dig them under ground then build this solar panel array and then continue with those ones So I identified that tree as cherry plum.

So my dad says it's a cherry. Well what's a cherry plum? Is it cherry or a plum? I have no idea. They look like cherries But they're not in two. cherries are always together, right? Going well?

No. No, I just put in the flat colours and it takes forever This because I think these acrylics are not really good, neither mine nor yours the epoxy cured, this is day two It turned out much darker than I thought it was going to with a lot of contrast. Some parts absorb the epoxy very quickly, others slower and that leaves a very big color difference It's definitely an interesting pattern, of the pour and... yeah I'm gonna see what I'm doing.

I might give it an extra layer of floor paint to bring the color back a bit. because I think it's too dark. It first has to cure seven days and then I can sand it. That might already change a lot. And then I'll see if I give it another color Yeah, I might use like a game if you need to... find the small berries hidden in the grass.
