do we maximize already happening how do we maximize already happening how do we maximize that and I think one of the things that

your systems you fall to the level of your systems and I know in church ministry even when and I know in church ministry even when and I know in church ministry even when I was pastoring it's like we'd always I was pastoring it's like we'd always I was pastoring it's like we'd always have goals how many people are we going have goals how many people are we going have goals how many people are we going to have on Easter how many you know to have on Easter how many you know to have on Easter how many you know what's VBS going to be like or you know what's VBS going to be like or you know what's VBS going to be like or you know we always have and we have passion we always have and we have passion we always have and we have passion you're called to do ministry you have you're called to do ministry you have you're called to do ministry you have this passion to reach people and you this passion to reach people and you this passion to reach people and you want to do it and it's usually not a want to do it and it's usually not a want to do it and it's usually not a want-to problem I mean there's probably want-to problem I mean there's probably want-to problem I mean there's probably 10 to 15 new families as well no one's going to say families as well no one's going to say families as well no one's going to say that it's it's often a system problem that it's it's often a system months that church of 20 he prayed for 1 months that church of 20 he prayed for 1 months that church of 20 he prayed for 1 892 people in this community and had 209 892 people in this community and had 209 892 people in this community and had 209 new families that plan to visit those new families that plan to visit those new families that plan to visit those church right now those I know that church right now those I know that church right now those I know that sounds crazy right five months Church of sounds crazy right five months Church of sounds crazy right five months Church of 20 pray from us 1900 people and over 200 20 pray from us 1900 people and over 200 20 pray from us 1900 people and over 200 families have planned to visit but look families have planned to visit but look families have planned to visit but look at this so like this is actually like uh at this so like this is actually like uh at this so like this is actually like uh in in his account you can see literally in in his account you can see literally in in his account you can see literally uh almost 1900 prayer requests 209 plan uh almost 1900 prayer requests 209 plan uh almost 1900 prayer requests 209 plan uh uh your community and invited them to your community and invited them to your community and invited them to church it wouldn't be crazy if out of church it wouldn't be crazy if out of church it wouldn't be crazy if out of those 100 11 of them said yeah I'd love

requests and 42 35 right 352 uh prayer requests and 42 35 right 352 uh prayer requests and 42 new families that plan to visit uh in new families that plan to visit uh in new families that plan to visit uh in the first three months the first three months the first three months and then uh this is a church of 150 and then uh this is a church of 150 and then uh this is a church of 150 right that
