I don't uh people some of you say hey I don't uh people some of you say hey I don't have resources or a plan uh so we're have resources or a plan uh so we're have resources or a plan uh so we're going to be talking about all those

not they're not growing so uh uh they're not they're not growing so uh uh they're not they're not growing so uh and it's as you start to look at the and it's as you start to look at the and it's as you start to look at the data it's not surprising because the data it's not surprising because the data it's not surprising because the majority of churches don't have a plan majority of churches don't have a plan majority of churches don't have a plan to grow which is why you're here today to grow which is why you're here today to grow which is why you're here today so we're going to solve that for sure so we're going to solve that for sure so we're going to solve that for sure but if you think about it man if we but if you think about it man if we but if you think about it man if we don't have a plan to grow a lot of us don't have a plan to grow a lot of us don't have a plan to grow a lot of us yes we're hoping yes we're praying but yes we're hoping yes we're praying but yes never ending treadmill of ideas that only just ending treadmill of ideas that only just ending treadmill of ideas that only just led to more confusion and overwhelm and led to more confusion and
