exactly which one she was using it may exactly which one she was using it may have been Claude um but she was trying have been Claude um but she was trying have been Claude um but she was trying to use these AI tools to help write to use these AI tools to help write to use these AI tools to help write social media content copy for posts and social media content copy for posts and social media content copy for posts and what she said she was experiencing was a what she said she was experiencing was a what she said she was experiencing was a kind of a dumbing Down of the kind of a dumbing Down of the kind of a dumbing Down of the theological or spiritual elements or theological or spiritual elements or theological or spiritual elements or even pushing back back uh referring to even pushing back back uh referring to even pushing back back uh referring to God as she in some of the things and God as she in some of the things and God as she in some of the things and some some weird stuff that she was some some weird stuff that she was some some weird stuff that she was pointing out and uh I want to say this pointing out and uh I want to say this pointing out and uh I want to say this and then I'm going to bounce the ball and then I'm going to bounce the ball and then I'm going to bounce the ball back to you the first thing that I back to you the first thing that I back to you the first thing that I wanted to say was good on you for wanted to say was good on you for wanted to say was good on you for actually being theologically sound actually being theologically sound actually being theologically sound enough as a church communications enough as a church communications enough as a church communications director to even recognize that there director to even recognize that there director to even recognize that there was Nuance in what the AI tool was was Nuance in what the AI tool was was Nuance in what the AI tool was creating that wasn't theologically creating that wasn't theologically creating that wasn't theologically aligned with your church and and and aligned with your church and and and aligned with your church and and and your tribe of churches right because I your tribe of churches right because I your tribe of churches right because I I'll go on a limb here and say a lot of I'll go on a limb here and say a lot of I'll go on a limb here and say a lot of church staff especially those that are church staff especially those that are church staff especially those that are in Creative roles or supporting staff in Creative roles or supporting staff in Creative roles or supporting staff roles may not even have the theological roles may not even have the theological roles may not even have the theological Foundation to even recognize when an AI Foundation to even recognize when an AI Foundation to even recognize when an AI tool is giving them something that might tool is giving them something that might tool is giving them something that might be off a little bit it may not even be be off a little bit it may not even be be off a little bit it may not even be overt it could just be very very subtle overt it could just be very very subtle overt it could just be very very subtle and that's what she was expressing in and that's what she was expressing in and that's what she was expressing in this was that it wasn't I mean there this was that it wasn't I mean there this was that it wasn't I mean there were some overt ones with you know God were some overt ones with you know God were some overt ones with you know God being referred to as a she U but there being referred to as a she U but there being referred to as a she U but there were others that she was explaining that were others that she was explaining that were others that she was explaining that were much more nuanced and much more were much more nuanced and much more were much more nuanced and much more subtle so I thought that was interesting subtle so I thought that was interesting subtle so I thought that was interesting is there bias against Christianity maybe is there bias against Christianity maybe is there bias against Christianity maybe there I think there's probably bias in there I think there's probably bias in there I think there's probably bias in everything because well we're all biased everything because well we're all biased everything because well we're all biased but let me stop there and bounce the but let me stop there and bounce the but let me stop there and bounce the ball back to you what do you think David ball back to you what do you think David ball back to you what do you think David yes

more comprehensive I had really the more comprehensive I had really the primary content that I wanted to be primary content that I wanted to be primary content that I wanted to be included the tone the language included the tone the language included the tone the language uh you know specific scriptures that I uh you know specific scriptures that I uh you know specific scriptures that I wanted it to utilize and I and wanted it to utilize and I and wanted it to utilize and I and translations of those scriptures and I translations of those scriptures and I translations of those scriptures and I fed it all of that well guess what my fed it all of that well guess what my fed it all of that well guess what my first attempt was 90% accurate because I first attempt was 90% accurate because I first attempt was 90% accurate because I had just given it so much information in had just given it so much information in had just given it so much information in the prompt but here's something I the prompt but here's something I the prompt but here's something I actually learned I learned this from actually learned I learned this from actually learned I learned this from some dude on an Instagram reel a few some dude on an Instagram reel a few some dude on an Instagram reel a few weeks ago before hitting the little weeks ago before hitting the little weeks ago before hitting the little button to generate the content every button to generate the content every button to generate the content every single time now the last thing I type is single time now the last thing I type is single time now the last thing I type is ask me clarifying questions so before ask me clarifying questions so before ask me clarifying questions so before the AI tool does what I want it to do it the AI tool does what I want it to do it the AI tool does what I want it to do it will ask me four or five questions to will ask me four or five questions to will ask me four or five questions to clarify or to help me get more specific clarify or to help me get more specific clarify or to help me get more specific about what I'm writing so for instance about what I'm writing so for instance about what I'm writing so for instance yesterday one of our missional marketing yesterday one of our missional marketing yesterday one of our missional marketing clients asked me if I could help them clients asked me if I could help them clients asked me if I could help them with a video script for a YouTube ad with a video script for a YouTube ad with a video script for a YouTube ad that they're running so I took some that they're running so I took some that they're running so I took some information off their website I threw it information off their website I threw it information off their website I threw it into Claude I asked it to write a script into Claude I asked it to write a script into Claude I asked it to write a script a 30 second video script um put some key a 30 second video script um put some key a 30 second video script um put some key points in there asked it to ask me points in there asked it to ask me points in there asked it to ask me clarifying questions guess what one of clarifying questions guess what one of clarifying questions guess what one of the questions was who's the intended the questions was who's the intended the questions was who's the intended audience of this ad well duh I didn't audience of this ad well duh I didn't audience of this ad well duh I didn't even think to put that in there the even think to put that in there the even think to put that in there the intended audience is someone who lives intended audience is someone who lives intended audience is someone who lives in the geot targeted area of this church in the geot targeted area of this church in the geot targeted area of this church but who does not currently attend a but who does not currently attend a but who does not currently attend a church or perhaps doesn't even have a church or perhaps doesn't even have a church or perhaps doesn't even have a church background that completely

voice simulator basically and so uh voice simulator basically and so uh they've got a lot of voices that are they've got a lot of voices that are they've got a lot of voices that are built in but you can also clone your own built in but you can also clone your own built in but you can also clone your own voice and and you can actually do what voice and and you can actually do what voice and and you can actually do what is called a professional clone of your is called a professional clone of your is called a professional clone of your voice which can mimic all of the voice which can mimic all of the voice which can mimic all of the idiosyncrasies of the way you talk and idiosyncrasies of the way you talk and idiosyncrasies of the way you talk and pause and all those kinds of things and pause and all those kinds of things and pause and all those kinds of things and I have just found it to be so helpful in I have just found it to be so helpful in I have just found it to be so helpful in my production work and all of that so um my production work and all of that so um my production work and all of that so um I I'll say that's probably my favorite I I'll say that's probably my favorite I I'll say that's probably my favorite one just because of how how good it is one just because of how how good it is one just because of how how good it is um but when it comes to image generation um but when it comes to image generation um but when it comes to image generation I'm uh pretty firly in the mid Journey I'm uh pretty firly in the mid Journey I'm uh pretty firly in the mid Journey camp I like what I'm able to do with camp I like what I'm able to do with camp I like what I'm able to do with that although I use uh several different that although I use uh several different that although I use uh several different tools but that one's I like what it tools but that one's I like what it tools but that one's I like what it generates uh stylistically probably more generates uh stylistically probably more generates uh stylistically probably more than any other tool cool awesome so on than any other tool cool awesome so on than any other tool cool awesome so on that note Let's uh dive into our image that note Let's uh dive into our image that note Let's uh dive into our image generation conversation here and um I'm generation conversation here and um I'm generation conversation here and um I'm trying to think of a person who is uh is trying to think of a person who is uh is trying to think of a person who is uh is just kind of new to the AI world and just kind of new to the AI world and just kind of new to the AI world and they're trying to they know AI can do they're trying to they know AI can do they're trying to they know AI can do imag related stuff so how about walk imag related stuff so how about walk imag related stuff so how about walk that person through of the idea that person through of the idea that person through of the idea of what is out there related to AI image of what is out there related to AI image of what is out there related to AI image generation what should they what do they generation what should they what do they generation what should they what do they need to know sure sure well um first off need to know sure sure well um first off need to know sure sure well um first off uh I have found that a lot of people uh I have found that a lot of people uh I have found that a lot of people have a lot of misconceptions about what have a lot of misconceptions about what have a lot of misconceptions about what AI image generation is uh a lot of AI image generation is uh a lot of AI image generation is uh a lot of people think that um AI is pulling bits people think that um AI is pulling bits people think that um AI is pulling bits and pieces of different images from

and pieces of different images from and pieces of different images from different places or it's grabbing stock different places or it's grabbing stock different places or it's grabbing stock photos and manipulating them or photos and manipulating them or photos and manipulating them or something like that um but really what something like that um but really what something like that um but really what AI has has done in the last few years as AI has has done in the last few years as AI has has done in the last few years as these large learning language models and these large learning language models and these large learning language models and um you know image uh models and things um you know image uh models and things um you know image uh models and things like that have trained on trillions and like that have trained on trillions and like that have trained on trillions and trillions of images and it's actually trillions of images and it's actually trillions of images and it's actually learned how to create things from learned how to create things from learned how to create things from scratch so when you use AI to build an scratch so when you use AI to build an scratch so when you use AI to build an image it's not grabbing it from some image it's not grabbing it from some image it's not grabbing it from some place but it is making it uh on the spot place but it is making it uh on the spot place but it is making it uh on the spot for you um I for anybody who's not for you um I for anybody who's not for you um I for anybody who's not really ever tried it there are ways that really ever tried it there are ways that really ever tried it there are ways that you can try it right now that are you can try it right now that are you can try it right now that are absolutely free which is a really absolutely free which is a really absolutely free which is a really wonderful thing um you can use do uh the wonderful thing um you can use do uh the wonderful thing um you can use do uh the image generator uh for free in in bing image generator uh for free in in bing image generator uh for free in in bing uh I believe Bard will call those images uh I believe Bard will call those images uh I believe Bard will call those images up as as well so if you want to just up as as well so if you want to just up as as well so if you want to just start uh trying to build some images you start uh trying to build some images you start uh trying to build some images you can um one of the things that AI um is can um one of the things that AI um is can um one of the things that AI um is not so good at right now it won't take not so good at right now it won't take not so good at right now it won't take long for it to be solved but is is doing long for it to be solved but is is doing long for it to be solved but is is doing text so if you try to generate an image text so if you try to generate an image text so if you try to generate an image and you want it to say welcome to church and you want it to say welcome to church and you want it to say welcome to church or something like that you know it's G or something like that you know it's G or something like that you know it's G to welcome is going to be spelled wrong to welcome is going to be spelled wrong to welcome is going to be spelled wrong and church is going to have three or and church is going to have three or and church is going to have three or four 's in it and uh it may or may not four 's in it and uh it may or may not four 's in it and uh it may or may not have a a CH at the and or you know have a a CH at the and or you know have a a CH at the and or you know whatever uh but there are a couple tools whatever uh but there are a couple tools whatever uh but there are a couple tools that you can use that um are starting to that you can use that um are starting to that you can use that um are starting to get it right um and and the first one is

get it right um and and the first one is get it right um and and the first one is is absolutely free as well called is absolutely free as well called is absolutely free as well called ideogram i d EO g r m and uh this came ideogram i d EO g r m and uh this came ideogram i d EO g r m and uh this came on the scene I don't know three or four on the scene I don't know three or four on the scene I don't know three or four months ago and when it came out it was months ago and when it came out it was months ago and when it came out it was really kind of the first image generator really kind of the first image generator really kind of the first image generator that could do any text um accurately and that could do any text um accurately and that could do any text um accurately and it still only gets it right maybe 30 or it still only gets it right maybe 30 or it still only gets it right maybe 30 or 40% of the time but if you want to start 40% of the time but if you want to start 40% of the time but if you want to start to play around with it that would be a to play around with it that would be a to play around with it that would be a good place to just begin to dip your toe good place to just begin to dip your toe good place to just begin to dip your toe in the water and then uh many people in the water and then uh many people in the water and then uh many people have played around with chat GPT now a have played around with chat GPT now a have played around with chat GPT now a lot of folks are using the free version lot of folks are using the free version lot of folks are using the free version of chat GPT but if you can um come up of chat GPT but if you can um come up of chat GPT but if you can um come up with 20 bucks a month it'll be the best with 20 bucks a month it'll be the best with 20 bucks a month it'll be the best 20 bucks you'll spend uh you can uh get 20 bucks you'll spend uh you can uh get 20 bucks you'll spend uh you can uh get access to chat GPT uh the pro model access to chat GPT uh the pro model access to chat GPT uh the pro model which is chat GPT 4 and it has built in which is chat GPT 4 and it has built in which is chat GPT 4 and it has built in into it into it into it dolly3 which also a few months ago added dolly3 which also a few months ago added dolly3 which also a few months ago added or a couple months ago now added the or a couple months ago now added the or a couple months ago now added the ability to generate text and again it ability to generate text and again it ability to generate text and again it doesn't get it right um a good portion doesn't get it right um a good portion doesn't get it right um a good portion of the time but it does get it right of the time but it does get it right of the time but it does get it right some of the time and so I've been some of the time and so I've been some of the time and so I've been telling everybody just get in and start telling everybody just get in and start telling everybody just get in and start playing um there is a lot of fear around playing um there is a lot of fear around playing um there is a lot of fear around Ai and and what it is and and you might Ai and and what it is and and you might Ai and and what it is and and you might think gosh I've got to be some kind of a think gosh I've got to be some kind of a think gosh I've got to be some kind of a technical expert or whatever but the technical expert or whatever but the technical expert or whatever but the really cool thing about natural language really cool thing about natural language really cool thing about natural language processing which is how AI functions is processing which is how AI functions is processing which is how AI functions is that you can talk to it like you talk to that you can talk to it like you talk to that you can talk to it like you talk to a person and so you can have a a person and so you can have a a person and so you can have a conversation with it and say I would conversation with it and say I would conversation with it and say I would like an image that is this and if it
