a few things that we just wanted to kind a few things that we just wanted to kind of highlight and and i want to ask you of highlight and and i want to ask you of highlight and and i want to ask you first off you know sort of first off you know sort of first off you know sort of big takeaway from 2020 big hope for the big takeaway from 2020 big hope for the big takeaway from 2020 big hope for the local church in 2021 local church in 2021 local church in 2021 as it relates uh to reaching people as it relates uh to reaching people as it relates uh to reaching people online online online leveraging digital presence what's the leveraging digital presence what's the leveraging digital presence what's the first thing that you really first thing that you really first thing that you really think about in terms of sort of big think about in terms of sort of big think about in terms of sort of big takeaways or big hopes for the church takeaways or big hopes for the church takeaways or big hopes for the church this this this next year well a big takeaway this past next year well a big takeaway this past next year well a big takeaway this past year and we all experienced it 100 year and we all experienced it 100 year and we all experienced it 100 of churches experienced it and that is of churches experienced it and that is of churches experienced it and that is an external an external an external force can cause you to have to pivot force can cause you to have to pivot force can cause you to have to pivot something you may not be able to manage something you may not be able to manage something you may not be able to manage your control your control your control and that was coveted kovid caused every and that was coveted kovid caused every and that was coveted kovid caused every church to have to church to have to church to have to switch and think different about how to switch and think different about how to switch and think different about how to do ministry do ministry do ministry right the ministry of god's never gonna right the ministry of god's never gonna right the ministry of god's never gonna stop he stop he stop he that's never gonna never gonna ever stop that's never gonna never gonna ever stop that's never gonna never gonna ever stop but the way you do it but the way you do it but the way you do it is going to have to change and covet is going to have to change and covet is going to have to change and covet caused that to happen caused that to happen caused that to happen and so a lot of churches were not and so a lot of churches were not and so a lot of churches were not prepared for that prepared for that prepared for that so i think a really cool thing that so i think a really cool thing that so i think a really cool thing that happened from this is we all survived it happened from this is we all survived it happened from this is we all survived it right and churches you know churches right and churches you know churches right and churches you know churches leaned into this and they pivoted leaned into this and they pivoted leaned into this and they pivoted successfully pivoted uh but i think successfully pivoted uh but i think successfully pivoted uh but i think thinking about where thinking about where thinking about where it's going in the future who knows if it's going in the future who knows if it's going in the future who knows if this is gonna happen again but i think this is gonna happen again but i think this is gonna happen again but i think what's caused every church to realize is what's caused every church to realize is what's caused every church to realize is we got to have a game plan we got to have a game plan we got to have a game plan got to have a game plan you got to be got to have a game plan you got to be got to have a game plan you got to be thinking about how we do church and the thinking about how we do church and the thinking about how we do church and the and really the the honest answer is we and really the the honest answer is we and really the the honest answer is we just went digital just went digital just went digital every church went digital and so where every church went digital and so where every church went digital and so where churches maybe were talking churches maybe were talking churches maybe were talking about digital i don't know like two

space for right that's what we do space for right that's what we do exactly church is our jam yeah i like exactly church is our jam yeah i like exactly church is our jam yeah i like that that's pretty good that that's pretty good that that's pretty good it's good i have a question for you okay it's good i have a question for you okay it's good i have a question for you okay so so so uh in this space you know one of the uh in this space you know one of the uh in this space you know one of the things that you've become things that you've become things that you've become incredibly efficient you've learned a incredibly efficient you've learned a incredibly efficient you've learned a ton about is youtube ton about is youtube ton about is youtube and and yes every church is using and and yes every church is using and and yes every church is using facebook every church is using youtube facebook every church is using youtube facebook every church is using youtube to kind of to kind of to kind of show their their weekend services some show their their weekend services some show their their weekend services some are using chop the online you know are using chop the online you know are using chop the online you know church online platform church online platform church online platform but talk a little bit about what you've but talk a little bit about what you've but talk a little bit about what you've learned with with youtube and how learned with with youtube and how learned with with youtube and how churches can leverage youtube churches can leverage youtube churches can leverage youtube yeah jason i think that that's a really yeah jason i think that that's a really yeah jason i think that that's a really interesting point interesting point interesting point um i've learned a ton about youtube in um i've learned a ton about youtube in um i've learned a ton about youtube in the last you know six the last you know six the last you know six to nine months or so most of us to nine months or so most of us to nine months or so most of us have used youtube because we watched have used youtube because we watched have used youtube because we watched videos on youtube videos on youtube videos on youtube right um it had never occurred to me right um it had never occurred to me right um it had never occurred to me to try to figure out how and why to try to figure out how and why to try to figure out how and why uh youtube recommends certain videos to uh youtube recommends certain videos to uh youtube recommends certain videos to me after i watch me after i watch me after i watch certain videos it had never occurred to certain videos it had never occurred to certain videos it had never occurred to me to really try to understand why me to really try to understand why me to really try to understand why when i'm searching for a certain type of when i'm searching for a certain type of when i'm searching for a certain type of video in youtube or even in the google video in youtube or even in the google video in youtube or even in the google platform and i'm looking through videos platform and i'm looking through videos platform and i'm looking through videos why youtube and or google would return why youtube and or google would return why youtube and or google would return the types of videos that it returns for the types of videos that it returns for the types of videos that it returns for me me me and so you know i've done a deep dive and so you know i've done a deep dive and so you know i've done a deep dive over the course of this past over the course of this past over the course of this past year just really trying to learn how to year just really trying to learn how to year just really trying to learn how to optimize videos on a youtube channel optimize videos on a youtube channel optimize videos on a youtube channel so that people who are looking for the so that people who are looking for the so that people who are looking for the kinds of content that kinds of content that kinds of content that i or a church are producing actually can i or a church are producing actually can i or a church are producing actually can find that content
