sometimes have a tendency to give access sometimes have a tendency to give access to certain people maybe they're to certain people maybe they're to certain people maybe they're volunteers maybe their staff members volunteers maybe their staff members volunteers maybe their staff members sometimes people change roles in the sometimes people change roles in the sometimes people change roles in the church and they no longer need access or church and they no longer need access or church and they no longer need access or maybe people leave the church or leave maybe people leave the church or leave maybe people leave the church or leave the staff you've got to make sure that the staff you've got to make sure that the staff you've got to make sure that it is always up to date and you know it is always up to date and you know it is always up to date and you know what if you see names and accounts what if you see names and accounts what if you see names and accounts connected to your account for people connected to your account for people connected to your account for people that you don't know kick them off if that you don't know kick them off if that you don't know kick them off if there is a legitimate reason for them to there is a legitimate reason for them to there is a legitimate reason for them to be there they'll come back and they'll be there they'll come back and they'll are to get your account hacked now you are to get your account hacked now you are to get your account hacked now here's another thing that you ought to here's another thing that you ought to here's another thing that you ought to make sure that you do when you're make sure that you do when you're make sure that you do when you're reviewing the staff members or the

reviewing the staff members or the reviewing the staff members or the volunteers in your church who have volunteers in your church who have volunteers in your church who have access always make sure that there is an access always make sure that there is an access always make sure that there is an administrative team leader who has full administrative team leader who has full administrative team leader who has full access access access um you may have a social media manager um you may have a social media manager um you may have a social media manager you may have some social media you may have some social media you may have some social media volunteers you may have multiple people volunteers you may have multiple people volunteers you may have multiple people on the staff that have account access on the staff that have account access on the staff that have account access but you need one administrative person but you need one administrative person but you need one administrative person on your team maybe it's a person who on your team maybe it's a person who on your team maybe it's a person who never does anything in social media but never does anything in social media but never does anything in social media but they show up to the office five days a they show up to the office five days a they show up to the office five days a week and they're there for 40 hours a week and they're there for 40 hours a week and they're there for 40 hours a week and they're always going to be able week and they're always going to be able week and they're always going to be able to be contacted if there's ever an issue to be contacted if there's ever an issue to be contacted if there's ever an issue make sure that that person has make sure that that person has make sure that that person has administrative manager or owner access administrative manager or owner access administrative manager or owner access to that account in fact what we would to that account in fact what we would to that account in fact what we would often say is that the owner count often say is that the owner count often say is that the owner count account of your social media accounts account of your social media accounts account of your social media accounts this isn't possible on all platforms but this isn't possible on all platforms but this isn't possible on all platforms but those that it is possible make sure that those that it is possible make sure that those that it is possible make sure that the owner or at least a top level admin the owner or at least a top level admin the owner or at least a top level admin is not necessarily a person but a is not necessarily a person but a is not necessarily a person but a general Church email that is control general Church email that is control general Church email that is control trolled by the church so that there's trolled by the church so that there's trolled by the church so that there's always somebody who can access that always somebody who can access that always somebody who can access that singular email account this is always a singular email account this is always a singular email account this is always a source of frustration for churches source of frustration for churches source of frustration for churches especially in churches that might be I especially in churches that might be I especially in churches that might be I see this often in larger churches where see this often in larger churches where see this often in larger churches where attrition level on staff tends to be a attrition level on staff tends to be a attrition level on staff tends to be a little higher and so you might have little higher and so you might have little higher and so you might have people who've either moved into people who've either moved into people who've either moved into different roles in the church or maybe different roles in the church or maybe different roles in the church or maybe even moved on to different churches even moved on to different churches even moved on to different churches working on different staff teams you've working on different staff teams you've working on different staff teams you've got somebody who hasn't been a part of got somebody who hasn't been a part of got somebody who hasn't been a part of the church for three years and they're the church for three years and they're the church for three years and they're the owner of your Facebook or your the owner of your Facebook or your the owner of your Facebook or your Instagram account that is a hassle so Instagram account that is a hassle so Instagram account that is a hassle so try to utilize whenever possible kind of
