and you you you told me it it's called and you you you told me it it's called TL DV or TL semicolon DV is actually the TL DV or TL semicolon DV is actually the TL DV or TL semicolon DV is actually the name and so I checked this thing out name and so I checked this thing out name and so I checked this thing out I've been having just a ton of meetings I've been having just a ton of meetings I've been having just a ton of meetings and I've I've I'll be honest I've had so and I've I've I'll be honest I've had so and I've I've I'll be honest I've had so many meetings the last couple of months many meetings the last couple of months many meetings the last couple of months um I I I've been struggling at keeping um I I I've been struggling at keeping um I I I've been struggling at keeping up with a lot of my to-dos that are up with a lot of my to-dos that are up with a lot of my to-dos that are coming out of those meetings my actual coming out of those meetings my actual coming out of those meetings my actual action items so I decided uh just in the action items so I decided uh just in the action items so I decided uh just in the last few days to start trying this TLD last few days to start trying this TLD last few days to start trying this TLD DV platform which basically shows up DV platform which basically shows up DV platform which basically shows up like as a person in your Zoom call like as a person in your Zoom call like as a person in your Zoom call except it's not really a person it's except it's not really a person it's except it's not really a person it's just like a little black box that says just like a little black box that says just like a little black box that says Bart's Ai notetaker and it records the Bart's Ai notetaker and it records the Bart's Ai notetaker and it records the call and it summarizes it gives you when call and it summarizes it gives you when call and it summarizes it gives you when you go into the account it gives you you go into the account it gives you you go into the account it gives you like all of the highlights the key like all of the highlights the key like all of the highlights the key points in the meeting it shares who's points in the meeting it shares who's points in the meeting it shares who's talking when they're talking um it gives talking when they're talking um it gives talking when they're talking um it gives you a list of action items and things of you a list of action items and things of you a list of action items and things of that nature um I haven't played around that nature um I haven't played around that nature um I haven't played around in in a ton but here was a very in in a ton but here was a very in in a ton but here was a very practical thing that I did with it uh practical thing that I did with it uh practical thing that I did with it uh just a couple of evenings ago on Tuesday just a couple of evenings ago on Tuesday just a couple of evenings ago on Tuesday evening I had an elder board meeting uh evening I had an elder board meeting uh evening I had an elder board meeting uh with a church that I'm doing some work with a church that I'm doing some work with a church that I'm doing some work with and you know I was on the call for with and you know I was on the call for with and you know I was on the call for about 45 minutes and I used the um TLD about 45 minutes and I used the um TLD about 45 minutes and I used the um TLD DV to record the call which DV to record the call which DV to record the call which automatically gives me a transcript I automatically gives me a transcript I automatically gives me a transcript I took that transcript cop copied it threw took that transcript cop copied it threw took that transcript cop copied it threw it into Claude and asked Claude to give it into Claude and asked Claude to give it into Claude and asked Claude to give me a summary of the meeting and all me a summary of the meeting and all me a summary of the meeting and all action items listed and it was action items listed and it was action items listed and it was 98% accurate it like there were a few 98% accurate it like there were a few 98% accurate it like there were a few things that I had to go back in and things that I had to go back in and things that I had to go back in and track and so I was able to have this 45

track and so I was able to have this 45 track and so I was able to have this 45 minute phone call have somebody minute phone call have somebody minute phone call have somebody basically recording the call pulling basically recording the call pulling basically recording the call pulling notes out between the TLD DV and claw. a notes out between the TLD DV and claw. a notes out between the TLD DV and claw. a uh I was able to basically synthesize a uh I was able to basically synthesize a uh I was able to basically synthesize a summary of the message so that I could summary of the message so that I could summary of the message so that I could share it with some or the the call so share it with some or the the call so share it with some or the the call so that I could share it with some of my that I could share it with some of my that I could share it with some of my other colleagues and then I had a list other colleagues and then I had a list other colleagues and then I had a list of all of my action items coming out of of all of my action items coming out of of all of my action items coming out of it this to me for my schedule is going it this to me for my schedule is going it this to me for my schedule is going to be a game changer and I started to be a game changer and I started to be a game changer and I started thinking you know a lot of churches now thinking you know a lot of churches now thinking you know a lot of churches now are doing more board meetings or prayer are doing more board meetings or prayer are doing more board meetings or prayer meetings or things on zoom and I think meetings or things on zoom and I think meetings or things on zoom and I think this would be a great tool for churches this would be a great tool for churches this would be a great tool for churches to use uh as a supplement to just a to use uh as a supplement to just a to use uh as a supplement to just a human notetaker right um if you know human notetaker right um if you know human notetaker right um if you know you're having board meetings or team you're having board meetings or team you're having board meetings or team meetings or planning meetings and if you meetings or planning meetings and if you meetings or planning meetings and if you do them with zoom um I don't know if it do them with zoom um I don't know if it do them with zoom um I don't know if it would work with like Google meet I know would work with like Google meet I know would work with like Google meet I know a lot of churches will use Google meet a lot of churches will use Google meet a lot of churches will use Google meet and some other platforms right there but and some other platforms right there but and some other platforms right there but I know that for Zoom uh so far I've used I know that for Zoom uh so far I've used I know that for Zoom uh so far I've used it for about four or five meetings in it for about four or five meetings in it for about four or five meetings in the last few days and I found it to be the last few days and I found it to be the last few days and I found it to be uh really really helpful and I'm just uh really really helpful and I'm just uh really really helpful and I'm just now beginning to you know kind of unpack now beginning to you know kind of unpack now beginning to you know kind of unpack all that TLD DV can do there's a free uh all that TLD DV can do there's a free uh all that TLD DV can do there's a free uh version of it which is pretty limited I version of it which is pretty limited I version of it which is pretty limited I discovered pretty quickly was pretty discovered pretty quickly was pretty discovered pretty quickly was pretty limited I think the subscription is25 limited I think the subscription is25 limited I think the subscription is25 a month or something of that nature so I a month or something of that nature so I a month or something of that nature so I went ahead and I subscribed so that I went ahead and I subscribed so that I went ahead and I subscribed so that I could kind of access more of the the could kind of access more of the the could kind of access more of the the tools and the features and I'll keep tools and the features and I'll keep tools and the features and I'll keep working with that to see you know what working with that to see you know what working with that to see you know what more I can do with it but I thought it more I can do with it but I thought it more I can do with it but I thought it was pretty cool um what about you but was pretty cool um what about you but was pretty cool um what about you but thanks for the tip by the way I you know thanks for the tip by the way I you know thanks for the tip by the way I you know I don't know if it's the end all Beall I don't know if it's the end all Beall I don't know if it's the end all Beall and I'm sure that there are other

about like okay but how would this about like okay but how would this particular archetype speaking to this particular archetype speaking to this particular archetype speaking to this particular person what would make sense particular person what would make sense particular person what would make sense to them and that kind of question it's to them and that kind of question it's to them and that kind of question it's interesting how once you start engaging interesting how once you start engaging interesting how once you start engaging with a i in a more conversational tone with a i in a more conversational tone with a i in a more conversational tone it is fascinating to me how those it is fascinating to me how those it is fascinating to me how those conversations now start to shift to in conversations now start to shift to in conversations now start to shift to in person because now I'm talking to other person because now I'm talking to other person because now I'm talking to other team members I'm like what would the 3 team members I'm like what would the 3 team members I'm like what would the 3 what would Mary say and I'm like Mary's what would Mary say and I'm like Mary's what would Mary say and I'm like Mary's not even real she's a Persona I created not even real she's a Persona I created not even real she's a Persona I created in Magi and now we're talking to each in Magi and now we're talking to each in Magi and now we're talking to each other as if Mary's a person yeah and um other as if Mary's a person yeah and um other as if Mary's a person yeah and um we ended up building this sign that we ended up building this sign that we ended up building this sign that instead of saying the traditional hey we instead of saying the traditional hey we instead of saying the traditional hey we meet on Sundays that's such and such meet on Sundays that's such and such meet on Sundays that's such and such time we now have a sign that says Jesus time we now have a sign that says Jesus time we now have a sign that says Jesus really is good and so when you drive by really is good and so when you drive by really is good and so when you drive by it says Jesus why it's a friend it says Jesus why it's a friend it says Jesus why it's a friend archetype for the church reaching out to archetype for the church reaching out to archetype for the church reaching out to a I think it was like a 33 uh yearold a I think it was like a 33 uh yearold a I think it was like a 33 uh yearold Millennial male and so imagine like the Millennial male and so imagine like the Millennial male and so imagine like the idea of just simply thinking wow Jesus idea of just simply thinking wow Jesus idea of just simply thinking wow Jesus really is good it's a simple language really is good it's a simple language really is good it's a simple language it's not very you know it's not not out it's not very you know it's not not out it's not very you know it's not not out of the ordinary it's super simple it's of the ordinary it's super simple it's of the ordinary it's super simple it's something a friend would say to you you something a friend would say to you you something a friend would say to you you know what I mean but we caught ourselves know what I mean but we caught ourselves know what I mean but we caught ourselves having almost like AI conversations in having almost like AI conversations in having almost like AI conversations in real life with each other and now real life with each other and now real life with each other and now imagining these things that before we imagining these things that before we imagining these things that before we wouldn't consider you know so it's wouldn't consider you know so it's wouldn't consider you know so it's bringing back to reality as well what bringing back to reality as well what bringing back to reality as well what we're doing with a robot anyways what I we're doing with a robot anyways what I we're doing with a robot anyways what I love about this Barbara is that um it's love about this Barbara is that um it's love about this Barbara is that um it's something every Church leader can do
