we haven't as a pastor if you've got we haven't as a pastor if you've got video recordings of yourself online a video recordings of yourself online a video recordings of yourself online a lot of them you should probably have a lot of them you should probably have a lot of them you should probably have a safe word for your family in case safe word for your family in case safe word for your family in case somebody decides to uh imitate you somebody decides to uh imitate you somebody decides to uh imitate you anyway but what anyway what I did was I anyway but what anyway what I did was I anyway but what anyway what I did was I created these video shorts and you can created these video shorts and you can created these video shorts and you can go in and you can you know choose go in and you can you know choose go in and you can you know choose different music or you can modify the different music or you can modify the different music or you can modify the script or you can modify the uh you can script or you can modify the uh you can script or you can modify the uh you can choose different videos or images that choose different videos or images that choose different videos or images that it uses in the background the first pass it uses in the background the first pass it uses in the background the first pass was usually probably about 60% good was usually probably about 60% good was usually probably about 60% good after a couple of other passes I had a after a couple of other passes I had a after a couple of other passes I had a 60c video clip that I could use and I 60c video clip that I could use and I 60c video clip that I could use and I created I basically paid for a month and created I basically paid for a month and created I basically paid for a month and I used it for a couple of weeks and I I used it for a couple of weeks and I I used it for a couple of weeks and I created 10 different clips over two created 10 different clips over two created 10 different clips over two different weeks and started posting different weeks and started posting different weeks and started posting these on my YouTube channel every day these on my YouTube channel every day these on my YouTube channel every day five days a week did this for a couple five days a week did this for a couple five days a week did this for a couple of weeks and over those couple of weeks of weeks and over those couple of weeks of weeks and over those couple of weeks I had l Lally thousands of views of I had l Lally thousands of views of I had l Lally thousands of views of those videos one of them had like 4,000 those videos one of them had like 4,000 those videos one of them had like 4,000 views in a 24-hour time period and in views in a 24-hour time period and in views in a 24-hour time period and in one day I added 40 new subscribers to my one day I added 40 new subscribers to my one day I added 40 new subscribers to my YouTube channel on a video that took me YouTube channel on a video that took me YouTube channel on a video that took me less than 15 minutes to create without a less than 15 minutes to create without a less than 15 minutes to create without a video not using an actual recording of video not using an actual recording of video not using an actual recording of me um it was just a a cool little me um it was just a a cool little me um it was just a a cool little platform to play around in so anyway platform to play around in so anyway platform to play around in so anyway that's my that's my AI tool of the month that's my that's my AI tool of the month that's my that's my AI tool of the month I guess I would say um it's been a I guess I would say um it's been a I guess I would say um it's been a little bit hit and miss not everything little bit hit and miss not everything little bit hit and miss not everything is awesome but you know considering I is awesome but you know considering I is awesome but you know considering I don't have a video to work from it's don't have a video to work from it's don't have a video to work from it's actually a good place for me to start actually a good place for me to start actually a good place for me to start I'll just say as well that uh you you've I'll just say as well that uh you you've I'll just say as well that uh you you've shared a few of those videos with me shared a few of those videos with me shared a few of those videos with me that you've made and they're actually that you've made and they're actually that you've made and they're actually really cool you very encouraging and really cool you very encouraging and really cool you very encouraging and it's it is a really cool thing yeah you it's it is a really cool thing yeah you it's it is a really cool thing yeah you know what I I'll link to one in the show

out real quick that uh it's it's a hard out real quick that uh it's it's a hard industry to break into uh so I ended up industry to break into uh so I ended up industry to break into uh so I ended up actually working for a church for small actually working for a church for small actually working for a church for small time I was the youth director for a time I was the youth director for a time I was the youth director for a satellite campus of a very large 15,000 satellite campus of a very large 15,000 satellite campus of a very large 15,000 member Church um had a target audience member Church um had a target audience member Church um had a target audience right I had a certain demographic that I right I had a certain demographic that I right I had a certain demographic that I had to reach to to grow my Ministry and had to reach to to grow my Ministry and had to reach to to grow my Ministry and uh just so happened at that time it was uh just so happened at that time it was uh just so happened at that time it was Peak social media so I learned how to Peak social media so I learned how to Peak social media so I learned how to leverage online uh communities social leverage online uh communities social leverage online uh communities social media started blogging taught myself how media started blogging taught myself how media started blogging taught myself how to build websites um all for the purpose to build websites um all for the purpose to build websites um all for the purpose of reaching an audience for the of reaching an audience for the of reaching an audience for the and uh in doing so um people started to and uh in doing so um people started to and uh in doing so um people started to notice that I kind of knew what I was notice that I kind of knew what I was notice that I kind of knew what I was doing and were asking me for advice on doing and were asking me for advice on doing and were asking me for advice on how they can leverage the online world how they can leverage the online world how they can leverage the online world for their business and so that uh that for their business and so that uh that for their business and so that uh that little bit of knowledge and me helped little bit of knowledge and me helped little bit of knowledge and me helped trying to learn how to grow my Ministry trying to learn how to grow my Ministry trying to learn how to grow my Ministry actually turned into a side gig of me actually turned into a side gig of me actually turned into a side gig of me taking on clients and Consulting taking on clients and Consulting taking on clients and Consulting businesses on how to use social media businesses on how to use social media businesses on how to use social media marketing digital marketing SEO and web marketing digital marketing SEO and web marketing digital marketing SEO and web design to grow their businesses long design to grow their businesses long design to grow their businesses long story short budget cuts happen at the story short budget cuts happen at the story short budget cuts happen at the church I had to leave uh that role and church I had to leave uh that role and church I had to leave uh that role and go find a quote real job uh and go find a quote real job uh and go find a quote real job uh and eventually started my own consultancy I eventually started my own consultancy I eventually started my own consultancy I had enough clients where I could just uh had enough clients where I could just uh had enough clients where I could just uh do that full-time work work for myself do that full-time work work for myself do that full-time work work for myself from home full-time and was doing that from home full-time and was doing that from home full-time and was doing that for last 12 15 years um gosh what is it for last 12 15 years um gosh what is it for last 12 15 years um gosh what is it it's 2024 now uh I started Consulting in it's 2024 now uh I started Consulting in it's 2024 now uh I started Consulting in I think I think I think 2011 and had a full-time graphic design

2011 and had a full-time graphic design 2011 and had a full-time graphic design job for about two years in 2014 I left job for about two years in 2014 I left job for about two years in 2014 I left that full-time job so it's been about 10 that full-time job so it's been about 10 that full-time job so it's been about 10 years now I guess that I've been years now I guess that I've been years now I guess that I've been full-time working for myself from home full-time working for myself from home full-time working for myself from home now in that process I realized something now in that process I realized something now in that process I realized something about how God built me uh I'm a bit of a about how God built me uh I'm a bit of a about how God built me uh I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I'm the kind of guy perfectionist so I'm the kind of guy perfectionist so I'm the kind of guy that spends an hour and a half trying to that spends an hour and a half trying to that spends an hour and a half trying to decide how round the button should be decide how round the button should be decide how round the button should be and that kind of a proclivity doesn't and that kind of a proclivity doesn't and that kind of a proclivity doesn't really extend itself to scaling a really extend itself to scaling a really extend itself to scaling a service based businesses Consulting it's service based businesses Consulting it's service based businesses Consulting it's very hard to delegate when you're a very hard to delegate when you're a very hard to delegate when you're a perfectionist and it's very hard to uh perfectionist and it's very hard to uh perfectionist and it's very hard to uh you know do things in a timely and you know do things in a timely and you know do things in a timely and efficient manner because you really want efficient manner because you really want efficient manner because you really want it to be perfect so I realized God gave it to be perfect so I realized God gave it to be perfect so I realized God gave me this Revelation that like if I were me this Revelation that like if I were me this Revelation that like if I were to Channel all that perfectionism into to Channel all that perfectionism into to Channel all that perfectionism into building one product that helps many building one product that helps many building one product that helps many people instead of building one website people instead of building one website people instead of building one website that helps one business it would be a that helps one business it would be a that helps one business it would be a much more effective use of my time and much more effective use of my time and much more effective use of my time and energy so uh I started building digital energy so uh I started building digital energy so uh I started building digital products in that same year 2014 just on products in that same year 2014 just on products in that same year 2014 just on the side and eventually that company got the side and eventually that company got the side and eventually that company got very successful and I can focus on that very successful and I can focus on that very successful and I can focus on that full-time left that company in 2020 uh full-time left that company in 2020 uh full-time left that company in 2020 uh right mid pandemic and um decided to to right mid pandemic and um decided to to right mid pandemic and um decided to to go and try and figure out what my next go and try and figure out what my next go and try and figure out what my next digital products would be had two really digital products would be had two really digital products would be had two really great ideas that failed absolutely great ideas that failed absolutely great ideas that failed absolutely miserably and uh for about two to three miserably and uh for about two to three miserably and uh for about two to three years I was really in one of the darkest years I was really in one of the darkest years I was really in one of the darkest place I've ever been in everything was place I've ever been in everything was place I've ever been in everything was failing I lost more than failing I lost more than failing I lost more than $65,000 I was not sure how I was going $65,000 I was not sure how I was going $65,000 I was not sure how I was going to pay my mortgage I was struggling with

to pay my mortgage I was struggling with to pay my mortgage I was struggling with depression my wife had just gone through depression my wife had just gone through depression my wife had just gone through a whole bunch of really strange and a whole bunch of really strange and a whole bunch of really strange and bizarre and and really un undeterminable bizarre and and really un undeterminable bizarre and and really un undeterminable health health health issues um I I struggled with SS thoughts issues um I I struggled with SS thoughts issues um I I struggled with SS thoughts of suicide I was praying that God would of suicide I was praying that God would of suicide I was praying that God would just take me home because I just I just take me home because I just I just take me home because I just I couldn't figure out why I was still here couldn't figure out why I was still here couldn't figure out why I was still here on Earth and um it just seemed like it on Earth and um it just seemed like it on Earth and um it just seemed like it would be better to be home with my Lord would be better to be home with my Lord would be better to be home with my Lord so that dark dark place left me in a so that dark dark place left me in a so that dark dark place left me in a position where I had no funds no no position where I had no funds no no position where I had no funds no no resources no ability to Outsource a lot resources no ability to Outsource a lot resources no ability to Outsource a lot of the development that I had done for of the development that I had done for of the development that I had done for my previous products and um chat GPT my previous products and um chat GPT my previous products and um chat GPT comes along and almost instantly and comes along and almost instantly and comes along and almost instantly and this time I was starting to take on this time I was starting to take on this time I was starting to take on clients again because I I needed to find clients again because I I needed to find clients again because I I needed to find a way to pay the bills and uh when Chad a way to pay the bills and uh when Chad a way to pay the bills and uh when Chad GPT came along November 2022 and I GPT came along November 2022 and I GPT came along November 2022 and I started using it I instantly realized started using it I instantly realized started using it I instantly realized this is going to change everything I'd this is going to change everything I'd this is going to change everything I'd used AI tools before they were all used AI tools before they were all used AI tools before they were all pretty bad and didn't really work well pretty bad and didn't really work well pretty bad and didn't really work well but this was different significantly but this was different significantly but this was different significantly different I think the the the world different I think the the the world different I think the the the world realized that because it was so realized that because it was so realized that because it was so massively adopted instantly so I started massively adopted instantly so I started massively adopted instantly so I started using it prolifically for my my own work using it prolifically for my my own work using it prolifically for my my own work my client work and I realized you know my client work and I realized you know my client work and I realized you know this is really great but man I wish I this is really great but man I wish I this is really great but man I wish I wish chat TPT had this ability I wish I wish chat TPT had this ability I wish I wish chat TPT had this ability I wish I could put things into folders I wish I could put things into folders I wish I could put things into folders I wish I could search and filter things I wish I could search and filter things I wish I could search and filter things I wish I could do X Y and Z with it and instantly could do X Y and Z with it and instantly could do X Y and Z with it and instantly I was like you know what maybe I can I was like you know what maybe I can I was like you know what maybe I can make a better version of this even if make a better version of this even if make a better version of this even if it's just for myself to work more it's just for myself to work more it's just for myself to work more effectively with clients
