church most churches the problem isn't that they don't have problem isn't that they don't have problem isn't that they don't have enough guests coming the problem is enough guests coming the problem is enough guests coming the problem is they're not getting them to stick and they're not getting them to stick and they're not getting them to stick and stay and so there are people coming stay and so there are people coming stay and so there are people coming every weekend and so we want to get in every weekend and so we want to get in every weekend and so we want to get in front of those people consistently when front of those people consistently when front of those people consistently when they're ready for them to say okay I'll they're ready for them to say okay I'll they're ready for them to say okay I'll take that next step do you have any take that next step do you have any take that next step do you have any sense of how long from say first-time sense of how long from say first-time volunteers that connects them to a small group and that's just all to a small group and that's just all to a small group and that's just all about finding their fit you know who about finding their
