off of I think sometimes we feel things off of I think sometimes we feel things off of I think sometimes we feel like we've got a we've got to have the like we've got a we've got to have the like we've got a we've got to have the answers to everything and we've got to answers to everything and we've got to answers to everything and we've got to be the man and it's hard though to you be the man communicating with great leaders and communicating with leaders and going through the ups and leaders and going through the ups and leaders and going through the ups and down so it's one thing I love sometimes our successes that get us all sometimes our successes that get us all sometimes our successes that get us all jacked up jacked up jacked up and so it's just you know community and and so leaders because if you're alone in your leaders because if you're alone in your leaders because if you're alone in your own thoughts you can go crazy absolutely own thoughts you can go crazy you know world it can be a fairly my own you know world it can be a fairly my own you know world it can be a fairly isolating experience it can you know you isolating experience it can you know you talk to the people in my church I really talk to the people in my church I have a hard time doing that they're have a hard time doing that they're have a hard time doing that they're coming to me all the time with their coming to me all the time with their coming to me all the time with their problems how do church leaders how do problems how do church leaders how do problems how do church leaders how do pastors develop relationships with other pastors develop relationships with other pastors develop relationships with other you know safe folks folks that love them you know safe folks folks that love them you know safe folks folks that love them but I love what you said aren't but I love what you said aren't but I love what you said aren't impressed with them you know yeah Alex impressed always had a rule my dad younger and we always had a rule my dad younger and we always had a rule my dad and mom I could go surfing at five in and mom I could go surfing at five in and mom I could go surfing at five in the morning I could surf almost till the morning I could surf almost till the morning I could surf almost till dark and one rule don't surf alone no dark and one rule don't surf there there are big brothers that out there there are big brothers that out there there are big brothers that want to connect with and so I think you want to connect with and so I think you want to leader church planner maybe it's a young leader church planner maybe it's a young leader in a church and you're there today in a church and you're there today in a church and you're there today they're sensing they're a bit lone alone they're sensing they're a bit lone alone they're sensing they're a bit lone alone how do they start that conversation with how do they start that conversation find out someone I think cares about me find out someone I think cares about me find out someone I think cares about me and loves me and loves my family and loves me and loves my family and loves me and loves my family and doesn't love me for what I could do and doesn't love me for what I could do and doesn't love me for what I could do for them or doesn't love me because of for them or doesn't love me because of for them or doesn't love me because of some ministry success and I would call some ministry success and I would call some ministry success and I would call them and go to coffee with them and have them and go to coffee with them and have them and go to coffee with them and have conversations with them and and try to conversations with them and and try to conversations with them and and try to relationally connect with them if I'm relationally connect with them if I'm relationally connect with them if I'm someone who wants to do that then I someone who wants to do that then I someone who wants to do that then I would look around and kind of see who is would look around and kind of see who is would look around and kind of see who is their spirit board connection because their spirit board connection because their spirit board connection because they're people that God has put in my they're people that God has put in my they're people that God has put in my life that I feel a responsibility do to life that I feel a responsibility do to life that I feel a responsibility do to reach out to them you know I think you reach out to them you know I think you the boat and take steps and and out of the boat and take steps and and and know that the that the risk of and know that the that the risk of and know that the that the risk of isolation is greater than the risk of isolation is greater than the risk of isolation is greater than the risk of putting yourself out there and so I just putting yourself out there and so I just putting yourself out and I've watched that with with buddies and I've watched that with with buddies and I've watched that with with buddies and it's it's better to not surf alone
