these last few years well couple of things we do some things well couple of things we do some things well couple of things we do some things actually in our Sunday environment which actually in our place where unchurched people can actually where unchurched people can actually where unchurched people can actually understand what's happening for so many understand what's happening for so many understand what's happening for so many of us that you grew up around church or of us that you grew up around church or of us that you grew up around church or even attending what you saw growing up even attending what you saw growing up even attending what you saw growing up is kind of your normal you see things

taking on a kid's environment but if you taking on a kid's environment but if you were to say to them like hey ever come were to say to them like hey ever come were to say to them like hey ever come by for the first Saturday every month by for the first Saturday every month by for the first Saturday every month and lead a group of people who are going and lead a group of people who are going and lead a group of people who are going to go out and do some sort of practical to go out and do some sort of practical to go out and do some sort of practical help in their community they log in and help in their community they log in and help in their community they log in and get connected which which a lot of times get connected which which a lot of times get connected which which a lot of times and sometimes those are guys and a lot and sometimes those are guys and a lot and sometimes those are guys and a lot of times churches have a hard time of times churches have a hard time of times churches have a hard time connecting with with that group and what connecting with with that group and what connecting with with that group and what I found is in churches that have a I found is in churches that have a I found is in churches that have a really robust service culture like this really robust service culture like this really robust service culture like this there's a swath of again particularly there's a swath of again particularly there's a swath of again particularly guys who are plugged in and serving a guys who are plugged in and serving a guys who are plugged in and serving a lot a lot of churches are losing their lot a lot of churches are losing their lot a lot of churches are losing their not you know and are you seeing that not you know and are you seeing that not you know and are you seeing that sort of thing at one hope to absolutely sort of thing at one hope to absolutely sort of thing at one hope to absolutely we have a very strong contingency of we have a very strong contingency of we have a very strong contingency of young men who are passionate about being young men who are passionate about being young men who are passionate about being involved in in my environment we set up involved in in my environment we set up involved in in my environment we set up and take down church every single and take down church every single and take down church every single weekend so you need some people who can weekend so you need some people who can weekend so you need some people who can carry a few things in the ocean by carry a few things in the ocean by carry a few things in the ocean by having this culture absolutely have a having this culture absolutely have a having this culture absolutely have a strong contingency of men and also I'll strong contingency of men and also I'll strong contingency of men and also I'll tell you one of the added benefits we tell you one of the added benefits we tell you one of the added benefits we live in a very diverse City and live in a very diverse City and live in a very diverse City and unfortunately there's still not many unfortunately there's still not many unfortunately there's still not many churches that are diverse and by churches that are diverse and by churches that are diverse and by starting this approach not only do we starting this approach not only do we starting this approach not only do we see gender diversity that we have a lot see gender diversity that we have a lot see gender diversity that we have a lot of men getting involved and women of men getting involved and women of men getting involved and women getting involved but the the ethnic getting involved but the the ethnic getting involved but the the ethnic background of our church is very diverse background of our church is very diverse background of our church is very diverse we have people from every economic and we have people from every economic and we have people from every economic and ethnic background serving and being a ethnic background serving and being a ethnic background serving and being a part of what we're doing and it's part of what we're doing and it's part of what we're doing and it's because the people who are in greatest because the people who are in greatest because the people who are in greatest need if they're being helped they're need if they're being helped they're need if they're being helped they're going to be drawn in and then they're going to be drawn in and then they're going to be drawn in and then they're going to start to serve and then when going to start to serve and then when going to start to serve and then when people who have more means see this what
