Friday on Sunday so interesting very Friday on Sunday so interesting very cool well with the church it's growing cool well with the church it's growing cool well with the church it's growing so quickly you know as Church of 11:22 I so quickly you know as Church of 11:22 I so quickly you know as Church of 11:22 I think the obvious thing would be like think the obvious thing would be like think the obvious thing would be like gosh how are you getting the word out gosh how are you getting the word out gosh how are you getting the word out there how are so many people finding out there how are so many people finding out there how are so many people finding out about your church but one of the things about your church but one of the things about your church but one of the things that I love about what your church is up that I love about what your church is up that I love about what your church is up to is really we want to talk about to is really we want to talk about to is really we want to talk about assimilation how is it that you're able assimilation how is it that you're able assimilation how is it that you're able to connect so many people so quickly to to connect so many people so quickly to to connect so many people so quickly to really go you know from start to 6,000 really go you know from start to 6,000 really go you know from start to 6,000 people in three years that's incredible people in three years that's incredible people in three years that's incredible you know let's talk about that how is it you know let's talk about that how is it you know let's talk about that how is it that your help that you're kind of that your help that you're kind of that your help that you're kind of moving people along from being just moving people along from being just moving people along from being just being in the crowd ultimately to being being in the crowd ultimately to being being in the crowd ultimately to being part of the core and the community well part of the core and the community well part of the core and the community well it's a great quote it's a great question it's a great quote it's a great question it's a great quote it's a great question rich I think rich I think rich I think for us there's two things one growth was for us there's two things one growth was for us there's two things one growth was really never the goal I mean obviously really never the goal I mean obviously really never the goal I mean obviously we want to grow and want to reach our we want to grow and want to reach our we want to grow and want to reach our community and but we don't do any community and but we don't do any community and but we don't do any marketing we have never done any outside marketing we have never done any outside marketing we have never done any outside marketing we've never sent a mailer out marketing we've never sent a mailer out marketing we've never sent a mailer out we've never done any kind of radio or we've never done any kind of radio or we've never done any kind of radio or press or anything like that we just have press or anything like that we just have press or anything like that we just have God has really blessed us with God has really blessed us with God has really blessed us with incredible people here who live on incredible people here who live on incredible people here who live on mission in their workplace and in their mission in their workplace and in their mission in their workplace and in their just sphere of influence and they invite just sphere of influence and they invite just sphere of influence and they invite their friends and hundreds of first-time their friends and hundreds of first-time their friends and hundreds of first-time visitors pour in a month just in visitors pour in a month just in visitors pour in a month just in everybody that's got here either got everybody that's got here either got everybody that's got here either got here via some random Google search or here via some random Google search or here via some random Google search or they were invited by somebody and they were invited by somebody and they were invited by somebody and majority overwhelm was invited and so majority overwhelm was invited and so majority overwhelm was invited and so that foundation of people being that foundation of people being that foundation of people being missional and inviting their neighbors missional and inviting their neighbors missional and inviting their neighbors is keyed actually to assimilation and is keyed actually to assimilation and is keyed actually to assimilation and it's because once they get here they're
