places and to be exposed to many places and to be exposed to many different environments and that has been different environments and that has been different environments and that has been a huge accelerator for my own a huge accelerator for my own a huge accelerator for my own professional and and Technical professional and and Technical professional and and Technical growth but it also made me aware growth but it also made me aware growth but it also made me aware that okay these these consultancies that that okay these these consultancies that that okay these these consultancies that I worked for they have the contacts they I worked for they have the contacts they I worked for they have the contacts they have these clients that they can place have these clients that they can place have these clients that they can place uh uh uh Consultants but there is really um very Consultants but there is really um very Consultants but there is really um very little reason for me um how do I say little reason for me um how do I say little reason for me um how do I say this like there for you you need to have this like there for you you need to have this like there for you you need to have the customers you need to have the the customers you need to have the the customers you need to have the connections to get uh get your connections to get uh get your connections to get uh get your assignments but other than that the assignments but other than that the assignments but other than that the consultancy is just placing you there consultancy is just placing you there consultancy is just placing you there right and then yes you have the sort of right and then yes you have the sort of right and then yes you have the sort of The Fellowship of the consultancy you The Fellowship of the consultancy you The Fellowship of the consultancy you have some colleagues there but basically have some colleagues there but basically have some colleagues there but basically you're just doing your thing as a you're just doing your thing as a you're just doing your thing as a consultant somewhere and you're part of consultant somewhere and you're part of consultant somewhere and you're part of that team over that team over that team over there and many of the places I have been there and many of the places I have been there and many of the places I have been actually I was working with almost all actually I was working with almost all actually I was working with almost all Freelancers they would all be Freelancers they would all be Freelancers they would all be Freelancers doing their own projects Freelancers doing their own projects Freelancers doing their own projects their own assignments as a team their own assignments as a team their own assignments as a team and I would come in there as a a and I would come in there as a a and I would come in there as a a consultant and then they would ask mey consultant and then they would ask mey consultant and then they would ask mey why are you not a freelancer and then why are you not a freelancer and then why are you not a freelancer and then the got me thinking yeah why why am I the got me thinking yeah why why am I the got me thinking yeah why why am I not a not a not a freelancer and one reason for that is freelancer and one reason for that is freelancer and one reason for that is that you have the security right so if that you have the security right so if that you have the security right so if you if you are a consultant and there is you if you are a consultant and there is you if you are a consultant and there is no work for you then the consultancy
