  1. I recently started a new role as head of I recently started a new role as head of AI. I own the AI strategy for 15 AI. I own the AI strategy for 15 AI. I own the AI strategy for 15 different companies. different companies. different companies. >> Real quick, jump back to that IBM survey >> Real quick, jump back to that IBM survey >> Real quick, jump back to that IBM survey that I talked about earlier. One of the that I talked about earlier. One of the that I talked about earlier. One of the stats that blew my mind out of these stats that blew my mind out of these stats that blew my mind out of these 2,000 CEOs, 76% of them said that they 2,000 CEOs, 76% of them said that they 2,000 CEOs, 76% of them said that they had essentially an equivalent of a chief had essentially an equivalent of a chief had essentially an equivalent of a chief AI officer. And in 2025, the number was AI officer. And in 2025, the number was AI officer. And in 2025, the number was 26%. So it jumped up 50% in just 24 26%. So it jumped up 50% in just 24 26%. So it jumped up 50% in just 24 months. months. months. >> This is no longer something that huge >> This is no longer something that huge >> This is no longer something that huge companies can have. It's actually companies can have. It's actually companies can have. It's actually [music] something that every company [music] something that every company [music] something that every company will have. It looks technical, but it's will have. It looks technical, but it's will have. It looks technical, but it's absolutely non-technical. absolutely non-technical. absolutely non-technical. >> The other thing from this study that >> The other thing from this study that >> The other thing from this study that really blew my mind was the adoption. really blew my mind was the adoption. really blew my mind was the adoption. Around 85% of their employees have the Around 85% of their employees have the Around 85% of their employees have the skills to use AI, but they felt that the skills to use AI, but they felt that the skills to use AI, but they felt that the actual utilization of this technology actual utilization of this technology actual utilization of this technology were more around 25%. So then after you were more around 25%. So then after you were more around 25%. So then after you showed this person what you'd been showed this person what you'd been showed this person what you'd been building, what did the rest of that building, what did the rest of that building, what did the rest of that process look like? process look like? process look like? >> I had a call directly with the [music] >> I had a call directly with the [music] >> I had a call directly with the [music] CEO of the company [laughter] CEO of the company [laughter] CEO of the company [laughter] was speak HR. If you're not hands on was speak HR. If you're not hands on was speak HR. If you're not hands on literally every day, you're out.

  2. >> Okay, Ailen, thank you so much for being >> Okay, Ailen, thank you so much for being here. I'm super excited to chat with you here. I'm super excited to chat with you here. I'm super excited to chat with you today. You just got a super exciting job today. You just got a super exciting job today. You just got a super exciting job offer to be ahead of AI. So, offer to be ahead of AI. So, offer to be ahead of AI. So, congratulations about that. I'm really congratulations about that. I'm really congratulations about that. I'm really excited to dive in. So, if you'd like to excited to dive in. So, if you'd like to excited to dive in. So, if you'd like to give everyone a real quick intro um of give everyone a real quick intro um of give everyone a real quick intro um of who you are and then let's just kind of who you are and then let's just kind of who you are and then let's just kind of jump right in. jump right in. jump right in. >> Alrighty. First of all, thanks to you >> Alrighty. First of all, thanks to you >> Alrighty. First of all, thanks to you for having me here. Hello everybody. I'm for having me here. Hello everybody. I'm for having me here. Hello everybody. I'm Eileen. Like Nate said, I recently Eileen. Like Nate said, I recently Eileen. Like Nate said, I recently started a new role as head of AI and I started a new role as head of AI and I started a new role as head of AI and I am super excited to share everything am super excited to share everything am super excited to share everything that I've been going through in the last that I've been going through in the last that I've been going through in the last few months with everyone watching this. few months with everyone watching this. few months with everyone watching this. So yeah. So yeah. So yeah. >> Awesome. >> Awesome. >> Awesome. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, I'm really really excited to dive >> Yeah, I'm really really excited to dive >> Yeah, I'm really really excited to dive into your journey and your background to into your journey and your background to into your journey and your background to understand how you got here. So let's understand how you got here. So let's understand how you got here. So let's start with the end first. What exactly start with the end first. What exactly start with the end first. What exactly is a head of AI? is a head of AI? is a head of AI? So head of AI, this is basically what I So head of AI, this is basically what I So head of AI, this is basically what I do every day. I started recently and I do every day. I started recently and I do every day. I started recently and I work at a company called Yang, which is work at a company called Yang, which is work at a company called Yang, which is basically an entrepreneurial ecosystem basically an entrepreneurial ecosystem basically an entrepreneurial ecosystem and it's one parent company and then and it's one parent company and then and it's one parent company and then it's got 15 vertical companies it's got 15 vertical companies it's got 15 vertical companies underneath it, but they have huge plans underneath it, but they have huge plans underneath it, but they have huge plans to grow. So they they really want to to grow. So they they really want to to grow. So they they really want to grow and and make it bigger, which is, grow and and make it bigger, which is, grow and and make it bigger, which is, you know, crazy because they it's quite you know, crazy because they it's quite you know, crazy because they it's quite big already. uh in a good way by the big already. uh in a good way by the big already. uh in a good way by the way. Um so what I do as the head of AI way. Um so what I do as the head of AI way. Um so what I do as the head of AI is I own the AI strategy across the is I own the AI strategy across the is I own the AI strategy across the group which may not seem huge but if you group which may not seem huge but if you group which may not seem huge but if you think about it it's actually defining think about it it's actually defining think about it it's actually defining the strategy for 15 different companies

  3. the strategy for 15 different companies the strategy for 15 different companies and this is only going to continue and this is only going to continue and this is only going to continue growing. So it's it's a lot in there. growing. So it's it's a lot in there. growing. So it's it's a lot in there. There's a lot of things that can be done There's a lot of things that can be done There's a lot of things that can be done and we basically you know I need to and we basically you know I need to and we basically you know I need to think of what we built where how why think of what we built where how why think of what we built where how why makes sense what to you know prioritize makes sense what to you know prioritize makes sense what to you know prioritize what to leave it you know for the end or what to leave it you know for the end or what to leave it you know for the end or the quick wins and so on. So it's the quick wins and so on. So it's the quick wins and so on. So it's actually it's a lot of work but it's actually it's a lot of work but it's actually it's a lot of work but it's really really good fun. really really good fun. really really good fun. >> Then there's the implementation because >> Then there's the implementation because >> Then there's the implementation because it's not only strategy I'm actually it's not only strategy I'm actually it's not only strategy I'm actually hands-on. So it's not only saying okay hands-on. So it's not only saying okay hands-on. So it's not only saying okay this is going to come first because of this is going to come first because of this is going to come first because of this but it's actually let's build it. this but it's actually let's build it. this but it's actually let's build it. How do we build it? How do we put it in How do we build it? How do we put it in How do we build it? How do we put it in place? So it's basically working from place? So it's basically working from place? So it's basically working from start to finish until it's live and start to finish until it's live and start to finish until it's live and seeing it work basically. seeing it work basically. seeing it work basically. >> Yeah that is awesome. That's really >> Yeah that is awesome. That's really >> Yeah that is awesome. That's really really interesting. So across these 15 really interesting. So across these 15 really interesting. So across these 15 different groups um do each of them have different groups um do each of them have different groups um do each of them have like kind of different different budgets like kind of different different budgets like kind of different different budgets to work with and different teams and to work with and different teams and to work with and different teams and different you know ultimate end goals. I different you know ultimate end goals. I different you know ultimate end goals. I think it's it's a it you know I imagine think it's it's a it you know I imagine think it's it's a it you know I imagine there's so many different sub bullets there's so many different sub bullets there's so many different sub bullets and decisions that go into just saying and decisions that go into just saying and decisions that go into just saying you know I own AI strategy.

  4. you know I own AI strategy. you know I own AI strategy. >> Yes, absolutely. So each company is >> Yes, absolutely. So each company is >> Yes, absolutely. So each company is completely different. So it's all under completely different. So it's all under completely different. So it's all under one parent company but each of them does one parent company but each of them does one parent company but each of them does their own. So, for example, there's YAN their own. So, for example, there's YAN their own. So, for example, there's YAN co-working, there's YAN coffee, YAN co co-working, there's YAN coffee, YAN co co-working, there's YAN coffee, YAN co sorry, co-working spaces, YAN coffee, sorry, co-working spaces, YAN coffee, sorry, co-working spaces, YAN coffee, um, YAN hotels. There's so many of them um, YAN hotels. There's so many of them um, YAN hotels. There's so many of them and they're completely different. So, and they're completely different. So, and they're completely different. So, what company one does is completely what company one does is completely what company one does is completely different to what the other one does. different to what the other one does. different to what the other one does. So, the strategy around what to automate So, the strategy around what to automate So, the strategy around what to automate and what well maybe even what doesn't and what well maybe even what doesn't and what well maybe even what doesn't make sense to automate, it's completely make sense to automate, it's completely make sense to automate, it's completely different from one to the other. different from one to the other. different from one to the other. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, it's it's very interesting. It's >> So, it's it's very interesting. It's >> So, it's it's very interesting. It's there's a lot to learn. Like I said, I there's a lot to learn. Like I said, I there's a lot to learn. Like I said, I started recently, but it's started recently, but it's started recently, but it's >> like it's very very interesting. And >> like it's very very interesting. And >> like it's very very interesting. And then, of course, because it's so much, then, of course, because it's so much, then, of course, because it's so much, it's not a oneperson job. So, I'm in the it's not a oneperson job. So, I'm in the it's not a oneperson job. So, I'm in the process of actually hiring a team and process of actually hiring a team and process of actually hiring a team and I'm actually using your community quite I'm actually using your community quite I'm actually using your community quite a lot because the people there are a lot because the people there are a lot because the people there are amazing amazing amazing >> and I'm trying to >> and I'm trying to >> and I'm trying to >> Yeah, I'm trying to hire from there >> Yeah, I'm trying to hire from there >> Yeah, I'm trying to hire from there because you can see the energy, you can because you can see the energy, you can because you can see the energy, you can see the people there, the the commitment see the people there, the the commitment see the people there, the the commitment to learn and implement and so on. So, to learn and implement and so on. So, to learn and implement and so on. So, it's it's it's >> it's a really fun thing to do.

  5. >> it's a really fun thing to do. >> it's a really fun thing to do. >> Absolutely. So it sounds like you are >> Absolutely. So it sounds like you are >> Absolutely. So it sounds like you are driving strategy and you know kind of driving strategy and you know kind of driving strategy and you know kind of managing these projects in a way but managing these projects in a way but managing these projects in a way but you're not hands-on obviously building you're not hands-on obviously building you're not hands-on obviously building this stuff. How technical would you say this stuff. How technical would you say this stuff. How technical would you say you Oh maybe you are. How can you dive you Oh maybe you are. How can you dive you Oh maybe you are. How can you dive into that a little bit for us? into that a little bit for us? into that a little bit for us? >> So I'm actually at the moment I'm >> So I'm actually at the moment I'm >> So I'm actually at the moment I'm actually doing the the builds as well. actually doing the the builds as well. actually doing the the builds as well. So you know I jump in a call with person So you know I jump in a call with person So you know I jump in a call with person A. We define what the process looks A. We define what the process looks A. We define what the process looks like. We think about what makes sense to like. We think about what makes sense to like. We think about what makes sense to automate because not everything makes automate because not everything makes automate because not everything makes sense to automate. Some things you want sense to automate. Some things you want sense to automate. Some things you want to keep human to keep human to keep human >> and once we have the whole process >> and once we have the whole process >> and once we have the whole process mapped, it's just a matter of going into mapped, it's just a matter of going into mapped, it's just a matter of going into CL code and starting the fun part which CL code and starting the fun part which CL code and starting the fun part which is actually implementing this and seeing is actually implementing this and seeing is actually implementing this and seeing what it comes up with and what makes what it comes up with and what makes what it comes up with and what makes better sense than other approaches and better sense than other approaches and better sense than other approaches and so on. So it is actually full on you so on. So it is actually full on you so on. So it is actually full on you know hands-on and I also will be you know hands-on and I also will be you know hands-on and I also will be you know managing the team and of course know managing the team and of course know managing the team and of course driving the the strategy and so on but I driving the the strategy and so on but I driving the the strategy and so on but I do want to be hands on because this do want to be hands on because this do want to be hands on because this changes so quickly nowadays that if changes so quickly nowadays that if changes so quickly nowadays that if >> you know if you're not hands-on because you because you >> there's new things every literally every >> there's new things every literally every >> there's new things every literally every day. So, I actually want to keep that day. So, I actually want to keep that day. So, I actually want to keep that part at least for now. Very hands-on.

  6. part at least for now. Very hands-on. part at least for now. Very hands-on. So, I get to continue learning, continue So, I get to continue learning, continue So, I get to continue learning, continue seeing how the space evolves. And seeing how the space evolves. And seeing how the space evolves. And >> yeah, it's it's good. It's good. >> yeah, it's it's good. It's good. >> yeah, it's it's good. It's good. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, I've got I've got >> Yeah, absolutely. So, I've got I've got >> Yeah, absolutely. So, I've got I've got a quick question for you. I'd love to a quick question for you. I'd love to a quick question for you. I'd love to hear your take on. Um, there was a study hear your take on. Um, there was a study hear your take on. Um, there was a study that came out or a survey, I should say, that came out or a survey, I should say, that came out or a survey, I should say, from IBM. They surveyed 2,000 CEOs. I from IBM. They surveyed 2,000 CEOs. I from IBM. They surveyed 2,000 CEOs. I think the median annual revenue was think the median annual revenue was think the median annual revenue was about six billion of these 2,000 CEOs. about six billion of these 2,000 CEOs. about six billion of these 2,000 CEOs. And 25% of them said that they are And 25% of them said that they are And 25% of them said that they are comfortable with sort of like the comfortable with sort of like the comfortable with sort of like the operational decisions being made by AI operational decisions being made by AI operational decisions being made by AI sort of like strategy type decisions and sort of like strategy type decisions and sort of like strategy type decisions and it's expected to almost double by 2030 it's expected to almost double by 2030 it's expected to almost double by 2030 to about 50%. So I'd be curious to hear to about 50%. So I'd be curious to hear to about 50%. So I'd be curious to hear from you when it comes to you from you when it comes to you from you when it comes to you brainstorming and and driving strategy brainstorming and and driving strategy brainstorming and and driving strategy across these different groups. How across these different groups. How across these different groups. How comfortable do you feel and how much do comfortable do you feel and how much do comfortable do you feel and how much do you use AI in the brainstorming and like you use AI in the brainstorming and like you use AI in the brainstorming and like decision- making process or do you like decision- making process or do you like decision- making process or do you like to keep that aspect very human? to keep that aspect very human? to keep that aspect very human? >> I do a mix. So, I love to use AI and I >> I do a mix. So, I love to use AI and I >> I do a mix. So, I love to use AI and I think sometimes it thinks of things that think sometimes it thinks of things that think sometimes it thinks of things that maybe I haven't thought through and it's maybe I haven't thought through and it's maybe I haven't thought through and it's really good input. Um but it also there really good input. Um but it also there really good input. Um but it also there are situations where you ask something are situations where you ask something are situations where you ask something and it gives you such a reassurance and it gives you such a reassurance and it gives you such a reassurance reply and it's like it's the only way reply and it's like it's the only way reply and it's like it's the only way and then suddenly you're like hold on and then suddenly you're like hold on and then suddenly you're like hold on you know maybe we can do this this other you know maybe we can do this this other you know maybe we can do this this other way and it's like way and it's like way and it's like >> absolutely [laughter] so >> absolutely [laughter] so >> absolutely [laughter] so >> you know I think a bit of both is good >> you know I think a bit of both is good >> you know I think a bit of both is good and not using it at all nowadays I think and not using it at all nowadays I think and not using it at all nowadays I think is not the way to go because there's a

  7. is not the way to go because there's a is not the way to go because there's a lot of valuable input out of it but uh lot of valuable input out of it but uh lot of valuable input out of it but uh using it for everything. It's dangerous using it for everything. It's dangerous using it for everything. It's dangerous as well. as well. as well. >> Absolutely. Yeah. There there's this >> Absolutely. Yeah. There there's this >> Absolutely. Yeah. There there's this quote that I that I keep hearing which I quote that I that I keep hearing which I quote that I that I keep hearing which I love, which is that you can outsource love, which is that you can outsource love, which is that you can outsource the thinking, but you can't outsource the thinking, but you can't outsource the thinking, but you can't outsource the understanding. And I think that the understanding. And I think that the understanding. And I think that that's a great example of having AI that's a great example of having AI that's a great example of having AI think about the different paths and do think about the different paths and do think about the different paths and do research and bring you these different research and bring you these different research and bring you these different decisions, but ultimately you should be decisions, but ultimately you should be decisions, but ultimately you should be the one that understands the pros and the one that understands the pros and the one that understands the pros and cons and the trade-offs of each of these cons and the trade-offs of each of these cons and the trade-offs of each of these decisions, and then you, the human, are decisions, and then you, the human, are decisions, and then you, the human, are making that decision. So, yeah, I making that decision. So, yeah, I making that decision. So, yeah, I appreciate the the thoughts there. All appreciate the the thoughts there. All appreciate the the thoughts there. All right, guys. Real quick, I need to take right, guys. Real quick, I need to take right, guys. Real quick, I need to take a second to tell you guys about the a second to tell you guys about the a second to tell you guys about the sponsor of today's video, Hyper Agent. sponsor of today's video, Hyper Agent. sponsor of today's video, Hyper Agent. So, Hyper Agent is an AI agent building So, Hyper Agent is an AI agent building So, Hyper Agent is an AI agent building platform that is completely in the cloud platform that is completely in the cloud platform that is completely in the cloud and it is actually built by Air Table. and it is actually built by Air Table. and it is actually built by Air Table. So, if you guys already use Air Table So, if you guys already use Air Table So, if you guys already use Air Table for a lot of your data, then Hyper Agent for a lot of your data, then Hyper Agent for a lot of your data, then Hyper Agent is the next natural step. But if you've is the next natural step. But if you've is the next natural step. But if you've never used Air Table before, don't never used Air Table before, don't never used Air Table before, don't worry. This is a completely separate worry. This is a completely separate worry. This is a completely separate platform and just think of it as a cloud platform and just think of it as a cloud platform and just think of it as a cloud AI agent builder. This is what the AI agent builder. This is what the AI agent builder. This is what the command center looks like. And by the command center looks like. And by the command center looks like. And by the way, that video you guys just saw, yes, way, that video you guys just saw, yes, way, that video you guys just saw, yes, I did build that with my hyper agent I did build that with my hyper agent I did build that with my hyper agent here. And what I love about this is it's here. And what I love about this is it's here. And what I love about this is it's got its own little virtual desktop over got its own little virtual desktop over got its own little virtual desktop over here that I can move around. I can see here that I can move around. I can see here that I can move around. I can see its plans. I can see the documents. I its plans. I can see the documents. I its plans. I can see the documents. I can see the videos. It's super cool.

  8. can see the videos. It's super cool. can see the videos. It's super cool. They each have their own kind of like They each have their own kind of like They each have their own kind of like little virtual computer. But anyways, if little virtual computer. But anyways, if little virtual computer. But anyways, if you guys have seen stuff like OpenClaw you guys have seen stuff like OpenClaw you guys have seen stuff like OpenClaw or Paperclip, that is exactly what this or Paperclip, that is exactly what this or Paperclip, that is exactly what this feels like to me, except for you don't feels like to me, except for you don't feels like to me, except for you don't have that technical overhead of, oh, do have that technical overhead of, oh, do have that technical overhead of, oh, do I need a Mac Mini or do I need to get a I need a Mac Mini or do I need to get a I need a Mac Mini or do I need to get a VPS? You literally just log on to Hyper VPS? You literally just log on to Hyper VPS? You literally just log on to Hyper Agent and it works instantly out of the Agent and it works instantly out of the Agent and it works instantly out of the box. You can see here I can manage my box. You can see here I can manage my box. You can see here I can manage my two agents, which right now I have a two agents, which right now I have a two agents, which right now I have a sales prospector and a chief of staff. I sales prospector and a chief of staff. I sales prospector and a chief of staff. I can see the cost. I can see the can see the cost. I can see the can see the cost. I can see the breakdown. I can see what needs breakdown. I can see what needs breakdown. I can see what needs improvement. I can see what's going on improvement. I can see what's going on improvement. I can see what's going on right from here. So, let's say I wanted right from here. So, let's say I wanted right from here. So, let's say I wanted to build a new agent. I would just come to build a new agent. I would just come to build a new agent. I would just come over here, click on new agent, and I can over here, click on new agent, and I can over here, click on new agent, and I can create an agent with chat. Or I could create an agent with chat. Or I could create an agent with chat. Or I could start from a template and choose one of start from a template and choose one of start from a template and choose one of these. And what I just asked it to these. And what I just asked it to these. And what I just asked it to create me here is an AI agent that will create me here is an AI agent that will create me here is an AI agent that will live in my Slack and basically look at live in my Slack and basically look at live in my Slack and basically look at my calendar and proactively do research my calendar and proactively do research my calendar and proactively do research before I have a sales call and it will before I have a sales call and it will before I have a sales call and it will give me a brief. And so, that's the give me a brief. And so, that's the give me a brief. And so, that's the shift here is we're not thinking of shift here is we're not thinking of shift here is we're not thinking of these things as AI agents. or more so these things as AI agents. or more so these things as AI agents. or more so thinking of them as co-workers because thinking of them as co-workers because thinking of them as co-workers because they're always on and they live in the they're always on and they live in the they're always on and they live in the apps that you already use like Slack, apps that you already use like Slack, apps that you already use like Slack, like Google, whatever it is. So, this to like Google, whatever it is. So, this to like Google, whatever it is. So, this to me just feels like OpenClaw, but it's me just feels like OpenClaw, but it's me just feels like OpenClaw, but it's way less technical because if you ever way less technical because if you ever way less technical because if you ever want to connect to something, you want to connect to something, you want to connect to something, you literally just click on integrations and literally just click on integrations and literally just click on integrations and then you just have to sign in to all of then you just have to sign in to all of then you just have to sign in to all of these different platforms and then you these different platforms and then you these different platforms and then you can just at@mention them in something can just at@mention them in something can just at@mention them in something like Slack and they're awake and they like Slack and they're awake and they like Slack and they're awake and they can respond to you. Just a quick heads can respond to you. Just a quick heads can respond to you. Just a quick heads up though, Hyper Agent does use usage up though, Hyper Agent does use usage up though, Hyper Agent does use usage based pricing, so you can't just plug in based pricing, so you can't just plug in based pricing, so you can't just plug in your, you know, claude or chatbt your, you know, claude or chatbt your, you know, claude or chatbt subscription. But what's cool about this subscription. But what's cool about this subscription. But what's cool about this is you can refer a bunch of friends and is you can refer a bunch of friends and is you can refer a bunch of friends and you get $100, they get $1,000. And right you get $100, they get $1,000. And right you get $100, they get $1,000. And right now, because I'm working with the Hyper now, because I'm working with the Hyper now, because I'm working with the Hyper Agent team, they are doing a limited Agent team, they are doing a limited Agent team, they are doing a limited time bonus where you right now can go time bonus where you right now can go time bonus where you right now can go get $1,000 of free usage right here.

  9. get $1,000 of free usage right here. get $1,000 of free usage right here. It's only for the first,000 people that It's only for the first,000 people that It's only for the first,000 people that click the link in the description. So, click the link in the description. So, click the link in the description. So, go ahead and claim that bonus before go ahead and claim that bonus before go ahead and claim that bonus before it's gone. So, anyways, let's get back it's gone. So, anyways, let's get back it's gone. So, anyways, let's get back to the video. Yeah, let's keep on moving to the video. Yeah, let's keep on moving to the video. Yeah, let's keep on moving through here. I'd love to know about a through here. I'd love to know about a through here. Yeah. So, something I'd like to >> Oh 100%. Yeah. So, something I'd like to >> Oh 100%. Yeah. So, something I'd like to to double tap on real quick is the fact to double tap on real quick is the fact to double tap on real quick is the fact that you had a background 15 years in that you had a background 15 years in that you had a background 15 years in email development and were also promoted email development and were also promoted email development and were also promoted to a tech lead there. But what I wanted to a tech lead there. But what I wanted to a tech lead there. But what I wanted to highlight for people listening is to highlight for people listening is to highlight for people listening is that you didn't have 15 years experience that you didn't have 15 years experience that you didn't have 15 years experience in AI or in automation. You were writing in AI or in automation. You were writing in AI or in automation. You were writing code in, you know, HTML and CSS, but you code in, you know, HTML and CSS, but you code in, you know, HTML and CSS, but you kind of got you were very new into the kind of got you were very new into the kind of got you were very new into the AI automation world and were still able AI automation world and were still able AI automation world and were still able to in a very short amount of time take to in a very short amount of time take to in a very short amount of time take on this head of AI role. So, I think on this head of AI role. So, I think on this head of AI role. So, I think it's just really cool to hear and it's it's just really cool to hear and it's it's just really cool to hear and it's it's inspiring to hear that you don't it's inspiring to hear that you don't it's inspiring to hear that you don't have to be, you know, someone that's have to be, you know, someone that's have to be, you know, someone that's been in the AI game for decades already been in the AI game for decades already been in the AI game for decades already to be able to earn a spot like this. So, to be able to earn a spot like this. So, to be able to earn a spot like this. So, it's very cool.

  15. it's very cool. it's very cool. >> I agree. I agree 100%. And yes, you're >> I agree. I agree 100%. And yes, you're >> I agree. I agree 100%. And yes, you're correct on what you say. And one thing to add here is that a lot of people are to add here is that a lot of people are to add here is that a lot of people are scared of going into AI because they scared of going into AI because they scared of going into AI because they think it's really technical and it's not think it's really technical and it's not think it's really technical and it's not like especially now with CL code. It's like especially now with CL code. It's like especially now with CL code. It's it looks technical but it's absolutely it looks technical but it's absolutely it looks technical but it's absolutely non-technical. So anyone listening non-technical. So anyone listening non-technical. So anyone listening listening to this don't be scared of you listening to this don't be scared of you listening to this don't be scared of you know trying it out because it's know trying it out because it's know trying it out because it's as long as you can follow something to as long as you can follow something to as long as you can follow something to learn it's easy it's really interesting learn it's easy it's really interesting learn it's easy it's really interesting and it's actually amazing and it's actually amazing and it's actually amazing >> right yeah and I think the best way to >> right yeah and I think the best way to >> right yeah and I think the best way to approach it is like whatever your domain approach it is like whatever your domain approach it is like whatever your domain of expertise is just open up something of expertise is just open up something of expertise is just open up something like claude and say hey every day I do x like claude and say hey every day I do x like claude and say hey every day I do x y and z how could AI help me here it's y and z how could AI help me here it's y and z how could AI help me here it's not like you have to learn a completely not like you have to learn a completely not like you have to learn a completely new skill new skill new skill like just I already do this. How can AI like just I already do this. How can AI like just I already do this. How can AI make me faster and better at this? And I make me faster and better at this? And I make me faster and better at this? And I think that's the mindset shift that think that's the mindset shift that think that's the mindset shift that people who haven't really touched it people who haven't really touched it people who haven't really touched it need to take on. need to take on. need to take on. >> Exactly. Exact. Well, and literally the >> Exactly. Exact. Well, and literally the >> Exactly. Exact. Well, and literally the the skills, right? Because you can also the skills, right? And somehow I got I would stop doing it. And somehow I got I would stop doing it. And somehow I got to the $100 million offers book. So I to the $100 million offers book. So I to the $100 million offers book. So I thought, okay, let's give it a try. I thought, okay, let's give it a try. I thought, okay, let's give it a try. I don't know what this is, but it sounds don't know what this is, but it sounds don't know what this is, but it sounds interesting. I mean, of course, I want interesting. So this is bringing this up because it this is bringing this up because it this is bringing this up because it actually matters later down the the line actually matters later down the the line actually matters later down the the line on how I got the role of FedAI. on how I got the role of FedAI. on how I got the role of FedAI. >> By the way guys, I know we are diving >> By the way guys, I know we are diving >> By the way guys, I know we are diving into a ton of information in this into a ton of information in this into a ton of information in this episode. So what I did is I broke all of episode. So what I did is I broke all of episode. So what I did is I broke all of this down into a free resource guide this down into a free resource guide this down into a free resource guide that you can access for completely free that you can access for completely free that you can access for completely free by joining the free school community. by joining the free school community. by joining the free school community. I'll link that YouTube channel in there. I'll link that YouTube channel in there. I'll link that YouTube channel in the description of this video as well.

  20. the description of this video as well. the description of this video as well. Anyways, thanks guys. Let's get back to Anyways, thanks guys. Let's get back to Anyways, thanks guys. Let's get back to the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. >> Awesome. Yeah. Well, well, you know, >> Awesome. Yeah. Well, well, you know, >> Awesome. Yeah. Well, well, you know, good for you. Good for you doing that. good for you. Good for you doing that. good for you. Good for you doing that. It it takes obviously a lot of guts to It it takes obviously a lot of guts to It it takes obviously a lot of guts to get up in front of um a bunch of people get up in front of um a bunch of people get up in front of um a bunch of people in person and do something like that, in person and do something like that, in person and do something like that, but it sounds like it certainly paid but it sounds like it certainly paid but it sounds like it certainly paid off. So good for you. off. So good for you. off. So good for you. >> It was fun. It was more than 90 people >> It was fun. It was more than 90 people >> It was fun. It was more than 90 people which I never thought I would do which I never thought I would do which I never thought I would do something like that. So it was Yeah, it something like that. So it was Yeah, it something like that. So it was Yeah, it was interesting. [laughter] was interesting. [laughter] was interesting. [laughter] Um so between everything that had gone Um so between everything that had gone Um so between everything that had gone through through through up until now, up until now, up until now, the most or the better advice that I can the most or the better advice that I can the most or the better advice that I can give is show yourself. So I created two give is show yourself. So I created two give is show yourself. So I created two YouTube channels. One is in English and YouTube channels. One is in English and YouTube channels. One is in English and one is in Spanish because I'm one is in Spanish because I'm one is in Spanish because I'm Argentinian so it's more comfortable for Argentinian so it's more comfortable for Argentinian so it's more comfortable for me. me. me. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm posting steadily or often on >> I'm posting steadily or often on >> I'm posting steadily or often on LinkedIn. It sometimes it's great, LinkedIn. It sometimes it's great, LinkedIn. It sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not, but still content sometimes it's not, but still content sometimes it's not, but still content goes out. goes out. goes out. >> Yep. Consistency is good. >> Yep. Consistency is good. >> Yep. Consistency is good. >> Exactly. Exactly. I follow your course >> Exactly. Exactly. I follow your course >> Exactly. Exactly. I follow your course from start to finish and I'm recording from start to finish and I'm recording from start to finish and I'm recording everything that I'm building just to be everything that I'm building just to be everything that I'm building just to be able to show it when the time comes. and able to show it when the time comes. and able to show it when the time comes. and I am definitely out of my comfort zone I am definitely out of my comfort zone I am definitely out of my comfort zone as much as I can. So, getting on there, as much as I can. So, getting on there, as much as I can. So, getting on there, putting videos up, I don't have a lot of putting videos up, I don't have a lot of putting videos up, I don't have a lot of followers or subscribers or anything in followers or subscribers or anything in followers or subscribers or anything in in YouTube, but I'm still doing it is in YouTube, but I'm still doing it is in YouTube, but I'm still doing it is creating visibility. So if I build creating visibility. So if I build creating visibility. So if I build something, I'll put it there something, I'll put it there something, I'll put it there >> and people can check and by the time you

  21. >> and people can check and by the time you >> and people can check and by the time you get to an interview that actually shows get to an interview that actually shows get to an interview that actually shows because if you have things that you can because if you have things that you can because if you have things that you can actually show and there's a person there actually show and there's a person there actually show and there's a person there and it's and it's and it's >> going through it and it's explaining it >> going through it and it's explaining it >> going through it and it's explaining it becomes real. Mhm. becomes real. Mhm. becomes real. Mhm. >> So >> So >> So going back to the slides in here, um going back to the slides in here, um going back to the slides in here, um what I still do even in this role, I what I still do even in this role, I what I still do even in this role, I still try to go out there. I still try still try to go out there. I still try still try to go out there. I still try to walk one hour a day with my audio to walk one hour a day with my audio to walk one hour a day with my audio book, I actually I'm actually listening book, I actually I'm actually listening book, I actually I'm actually listening to listening to Hormosia again to listening to Hormosia again to listening to Hormosia again >> um >> um >> um >> just to keep motivated and the first >> just to keep motivated and the first >> just to keep motivated and the first time you listen to it, you know, you time you listen to it, you know, you time you listen to it, you know, you forget stuff. So I'm going back to it. forget stuff. So I'm going back to it. forget stuff. So I'm going back to it. Um, I keep hearing the show yourself Um, I keep hearing the show yourself Um, I keep hearing the show yourself advice, so it's helping me keep on advice, so it's helping me keep on advice, so it's helping me keep on going. And I am part of the 4:00 a.m. going. And I am part of the 4:00 a.m. going. And I am part of the 4:00 a.m. club. So I wake up every morning at 4:00 club. So I wake up every morning at 4:00 club. So I wake up every morning at 4:00 a.m. I have some concentration period a.m. I have some concentration period a.m. I have some concentration period where I can learn, practice, build where I can learn, practice, build where I can learn, practice, build automations without any interruptions or automations without any interruptions or automations without any interruptions or anything. And it actually helps me a lot anything. And it actually helps me a lot anything. And it actually helps me a lot because my day is a lot more structured because my day is a lot more structured because my day is a lot more structured because of this.

  22. because of this. because of this. >> Yeah, you set up you set up your own >> Yeah, you set up you set up your own >> Yeah, you set up you set up your own scheduled automation for yourself. 4 scheduled automation for yourself. 4 scheduled automation for yourself. 4 a.m. job. [laughter] a.m. job. [laughter] a.m. job. [laughter] >> Just wake every day. >> Just wake every day. >> Just wake every day. >> I love that. I love that because like >> I love that. I love that because like >> I love that. I love that because like the majority of people if I made the the majority of people if I made the the majority of people if I made the joke like that would just look at me joke like that would just look at me joke like that would just look at me like I'm crazy. But you got to find the like I'm crazy. But you got to find the like I'm crazy. But you got to find the niche people who like AI automation. niche people who like AI automation. niche people who like AI automation. >> Exactly right. And it it is true at the >> Exactly right. And it it is true at the >> Exactly right. And it it is true at the end of the day. It's you know day in and end of the day. It's you know day in and end of the day. It's you know day in and day out it's happening Monday to Friday. day out it's happening Monday to Friday. day out it's happening Monday to Friday. That's it. That's it. That's it. >> Absolutely. Yeah. I love it. Um so after >> Absolutely. Yeah. I love it. Um so after >> Absolutely. Yeah. I love it. Um so after all of this and it might seem a little all of this and it might seem a little all of this and it might seem a little bit disconnected from bits and pieces bit disconnected from bits and pieces bit disconnected from bits and pieces but it's all coming to this. but it's all coming to this. but it's all coming to this. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um I decided to start applying to jobs >> Um I decided to start applying to jobs >> Um I decided to start applying to jobs and it took me a while. I didn't want to and it took me a while. I didn't want to and it took me a while. I didn't want to go back to doing just anything. I wanted go back to doing just anything. I wanted go back to doing just anything. I wanted something that actually gave me something that actually gave me something that actually gave me motivation and that I actually enjoy motivation and that I actually enjoy motivation and that I actually enjoy what I was doing. So I didn't apply to a what I was doing. So I didn't apply to a what I was doing. So I didn't apply to a thousand jobs. I applied maybe 10 or thousand jobs. I applied maybe 10 or thousand jobs. I applied maybe 10 or something like that something like that something like that >> and one of these was the head of AI role >> and one of these was the head of AI role >> and one of these was the head of AI role >> and they had my CV because I applied >> and they had my CV because I applied >> and they had my CV because I applied through LinkedIn but the HR lady sent me through LinkedIn but the HR lady sent me through LinkedIn but the HR lady sent me an email an email an email >> and she was lovely and the one thing >> and she was lovely and the one thing >> and she was lovely and the one thing that she asked me was what have you that she asked me was what have you that she asked me was what have you built?

  23. built? built? So So So if I hadn't gone through this whole if I hadn't gone through this whole if I hadn't gone through this whole path, I would try to give her an path, I would try to give her an path, I would try to give her an explanation of all the things that I explanation of all the things that I explanation of all the things that I built but that she couldn't see and all built but that she couldn't see and all built but that she couldn't see and all the things I had in my head but it's the things I had in my head but it's the things I had in my head but it's just an email that Chad GBT or Claude or just an email that Chad GBT or Claude or just an email that Chad GBT or Claude or anyone can actually create for you. So, anyone can actually create for you. So, anyone can actually create for you. So, by the time I actually got this email, I by the time I actually got this email, I by the time I actually got this email, I had two channels um or two YouTube link had two channels um or two YouTube link had two channels um or two YouTube link channels to share, one in English, one channels to share, one in English, one channels to share, one in English, one in Spanish, which was really funny in Spanish, which was really funny in Spanish, which was really funny because there's some people from because there's some people from because there's some people from Argentina in the company and some Argentina in the company and some Argentina in the company and some people's from Netherlands. So, it people's from Netherlands. So, it people's from Netherlands. So, it actually they actually watch both of it. actually they actually watch both of it. actually they actually watch both of it. Um I had the LinkedIn proof of Um I had the LinkedIn proof of Um I had the LinkedIn proof of everything that I had built. I had the everything that I had built. I had the everything that I had built. I had the N10 meetup lined up for the following N10 meetup lined up for the following N10 meetup lined up for the following week. though it didn't happen back then week. though it didn't happen back then week. though it didn't happen back then but it was about to happen and I had all but it was about to happen and I had all but it was about to happen and I had all the demos that I built through and I was the demos that I built through and I was the demos that I built through and I was explaining how to do it and how it explaining how to do it and how it explaining how to do it and how it worked and showing on screen you know if worked and showing on screen you know if worked and showing on screen you know if you press this it will generate the you press this it will generate the you press this it will generate the replies on emails or whatever it was or replies on emails or whatever it was or replies on emails or whatever it was or agents or whatever um so they could agents or whatever um so they could agents or whatever um so they could actually see that and it wasn't just a actually see that and it wasn't just a actually see that and it wasn't just a person randomly talking about all the person randomly talking about all the person randomly talking about all the awesome things that I did but I cannot awesome things that I did but I cannot awesome things that I did but I cannot show you because I don't have a video or show you because I don't have a video or show you because I don't have a video or >> or proof. Huh, that's incredible. I >> or proof. Huh, that's incredible. I >> or proof. Huh, that's incredible. I mean, that is what separates you from mean, that is what separates you from mean, that is what separates you from all the other people that they're all the other people that they're all the other people that they're looking at on paper when they can put a looking at on paper when they can put a looking at on paper when they can put a face to the name and maybe even a voice face to the name and maybe even a voice face to the name and maybe even a voice to the to the face and to the to the face and to the to the face and >> exactly >> exactly >> exactly >> see this proof. And I think it's just

  24. >> see this proof. And I think it's just >> see this proof. And I think it's just like whether you're applying for a head like whether you're applying for a head like whether you're applying for a head of AI role or whether you're trying to of AI role or whether you're trying to of AI role or whether you're trying to go get your first client or your go get your first client or your go get your first client or your seventh, all of them are probably going seventh, all of them are probably going seventh, all of them are probably going to ask you, "What have you built?" And to ask you, "What have you built?" And to ask you, "What have you built?" And all of them are going to want to see all of them are going to want to see all of them are going to want to see that. And I think what you said earlier that. And I think what you said earlier that. And I think what you said earlier about like, you know, at this point I about like, you know, at this point I about like, you know, at this point I didn't even have any followers and I was didn't even have any followers and I was didn't even have any followers and I was just kind of posting and, you know, just kind of posting and, you know, just kind of posting and, you know, building my proof. I think it's so building my proof. I think it's so building my proof. I think it's so important because that sort of important because that sort of important because that sort of metric is what might discourage a lot of metric is what might discourage a lot of metric is what might discourage a lot of people. But to me, if I was looking to people. But to me, if I was looking to people. But to me, if I was looking to hire someone and I see that they've been hire someone and I see that they've been hire someone and I see that they've been posting consistently on LinkedIn and posting consistently on LinkedIn and posting consistently on LinkedIn and YouTube and they're not even having YouTube and they're not even having YouTube and they're not even having anything go viral or having a bunch of anything go viral or having a bunch of anything go viral or having a bunch of subscribers or followers, then to me subscribers or followers, then to me subscribers or followers, then to me that almost makes it like more that almost makes it like more that almost makes it like more respectable because it's like what is respectable because it's like what is respectable because it's like what is this person's incentive here? It's not this person's incentive here? It's not this person's incentive here? It's not maybe to blow up. It's not to go viral. maybe to blow up. It's not to go viral. maybe to blow up. It's not to go viral. It's not for money. It's because this It's not for money. It's because this It's not for money. It's because this person clearly has a passion for it. And person clearly has a passion for it. And person clearly has a passion for it. And I think that that's just really amazing. I think that that's just really amazing. I think that that's just really amazing. >> Exactly. And honestly, even if you have >> Exactly. And honestly, even if you have >> Exactly. And honestly, even if you have zero followers, you're able or sorry zero followers, you're able or sorry zero followers, you're able or sorry subscriber, you're actually able to show subscriber, you're actually able to show subscriber, you're actually able to show it. So when the time comes and they ask it. So when the time comes and they ask it. So when the time comes and they ask you what have you built, you have links.

  25. you what have you built, you have links. you what have you built, you have links. It doesn't matter how many views they It doesn't matter how many views they It doesn't matter how many views they have, you can show it and it's you have, you can show it and it's you have, you can show it and it's you there. It's your face. I have so many there. It's your face. I have so many there. It's your face. I have so many people on LinkedIn that they just post people on LinkedIn that they just post people on LinkedIn that they just post content and you have no idea who they content and you have no idea who they content and you have no idea who they are or maybe even photos or something. are or maybe even photos or something. are or maybe even photos or something. But for me, the videos they they showed But for me, the videos they they showed But for me, the videos they they showed the person more than a postcard. the person more than a postcard. the person more than a postcard. >> Absolutely. Awesome. So then after you >> Absolutely. Awesome. So then after you >> Absolutely. Awesome. So then after you showed this person what you'd been showed this person what you'd been showed this person what you'd been building, what did the rest of that building, what did the rest of that building, what did the rest of that process look like? process look like? process look like? >> I had a call directly with the CEO of >> I had a call directly with the CEO of >> I had a call directly with the CEO of the company. the company. the company. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So skipped HR. >> So skipped HR. >> So skipped HR. >> Wow. >> Wow. >> Wow. >> And went straight to the to the CEO. We >> And went straight to the to the CEO. We >> And went straight to the to the CEO. We decided to do a twoeek trial. not decided to do a twoeek trial. not decided to do a twoeek trial. not hands-on building but more strategic hands-on building but more strategic hands-on building but more strategic thinking and she put me on on one of the thinking and she put me on on one of the thinking and she put me on on one of the in the hotels uh young hotels and I in the hotels uh young hotels and I in the hotels uh young hotels and I started talking to the team and seeing started talking to the team and seeing started talking to the team and seeing what opportunities there were and what I what opportunities there were and what I what opportunities there were and what I would do and I would propose things and would do and I would propose things and would do and I would propose things and she gave me some feedback the the CEO I she gave me some feedback the the CEO I she gave me some feedback the the CEO I mean and then that became you know a mean and then that became you know a mean and then that became you know a really interesting work because it really interesting work because it really interesting work because it wasn't actually doing automations it was wasn't actually doing automations it was wasn't actually doing automations it was just thinking about how to improve this just thinking about how to improve this just thinking about how to improve this how to do that what I don't want to how to do that what I don't want to how to do that what I don't want to autom autoate what I do want to automate autom autoate what I do want to automate autom autoate what I do want to automate and what I would do first because you and what I would do first because you and what I would do first because you know it saves money and it makes sense know it saves money and it makes sense know it saves money and it makes sense and and so on.

  26. and and so on. and and so on. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And within that trial I had a a call >> And within that trial I had a a call >> And within that trial I had a a call with the founder and he is really on with the founder and he is really on with the founder and he is really on board with AI and automations and how to board with AI and automations and how to board with AI and automations and how to make the best use out of it. make the best use out of it. make the best use out of it. >> So >> So >> So he's actually you know giving me a green he's actually you know giving me a green he's actually you know giving me a green light to do so many cool things both of light to do so many cool things both of light to do so many cool things both of them. them. them. uh that actually makes it perfect. It's uh that actually makes it perfect. It's uh that actually makes it perfect. It's like the perfect job. It's interesting. like the perfect job. It's interesting. like the perfect job. It's interesting. It's got strategy. It's actually It's got strategy. It's actually It's got strategy. It's actually hands-on. I get the team, which is what hands-on. I get the team, which is what hands-on. I get the team, which is what I love from my other job. It's the I love from my other job. It's the I love from my other job. It's the perfect role. perfect role. perfect role. >> Yeah, absolutely. I think that that's so >> Yeah, absolutely. I think that that's so >> Yeah, absolutely. I think that that's so interesting. And if I real quick jump interesting. And if I real quick jump interesting. And if I real quick jump back to that uh IBM survey that I talked back to that uh IBM survey that I talked back to that uh IBM survey that I talked about earlier, one of the stats that about earlier, one of the stats that about earlier, one of the stats that blew my mind, and now obviously take blew my mind, and now obviously take blew my mind, and now obviously take this with a grain of salt because this this with a grain of salt because this this with a grain of salt because this was 2,000 CEOs, but out of these 2,000, was 2,000 CEOs, but out of these 2,000, was 2,000 CEOs, but out of these 2,000, >> 76% of them said that they had >> 76% of them said that they had >> 76% of them said that they had essentially an equivalent of a chief AI essentially an equivalent of a chief AI essentially an equivalent of a chief AI officer in their organizations, which is officer in their organizations, which is officer in their organizations, which is 76% which blew my mind. And in 2025, so 76% which blew my mind. And in 2025, so 76% which blew my mind. And in 2025, so just a year before, just a year before, just a year before, >> or sorry, I think it was actually two >> or sorry, I think it was actually two >> or sorry, I think it was actually two years before, the number was 26%. So it years before, the number was 26%. So it years before, the number was 26%. So it jumped up 50% in just 24 months, which jumped up 50% in just 24 months, which jumped up 50% in just 24 months, which is crazy for a seuite role.

  27. is crazy for a seuite role. is crazy for a seuite role. >> And >> And >> And >> the other thing from this study that >> the other thing from this study that >> the other thing from this study that really blew my mind was the adoption. really blew my mind was the adoption. really blew my mind was the adoption. They basically said that They basically said that They basically said that >> they would predict that around 85% of >> they would predict that around 85% of >> they would predict that around 85% of their employees have the skills or if their employees have the skills or if their employees have the skills or if they were to take a few lessons or they were to take a few lessons or they were to take a few lessons or courses, they could have the skills to courses, they could have the skills to courses, they could have the skills to use AI, but they felt that the actual use AI, but they felt that the actual use AI, but they felt that the actual utilization of this technology and of utilization of this technology and of utilization of this technology and of the skills were more around 25%. So I'd the skills were more around 25%. So I'd the skills were more around 25%. So I'd be curious to hear from you like when be curious to hear from you like when be curious to hear from you like when you think about this head of AI role, you think about this head of AI role, you think about this head of AI role, you're obviously leading strategy and you're obviously leading strategy and you're obviously leading strategy and working on projects and making sure that working on projects and making sure that working on projects and making sure that those projects directly correlate with those projects directly correlate with those projects directly correlate with some sort of KPI and ultimately drive some sort of KPI and ultimately drive some sort of KPI and ultimately drive profits or growth to the business in profits or growth to the business in profits or growth to the business in some way. But how are you and your team some way. But how are you and your team some way. But how are you and your team also thinking about adoption and making also thinking about adoption and making also thinking about adoption and making this stuff stick um kind of the change this stuff stick um kind of the change this stuff stick um kind of the change management from top down? What does that management from top down? What does that management from top down? What does that look like for you guys? look like for you guys? look like for you guys? I think most people I I don't know the I think most people I I don't know the I think most people I I don't know the entire team yet, but I think most people entire team yet, but I think most people entire team yet, but I think most people are very excited about this. Uh, and I are very excited about this. Uh, and I are very excited about this. Uh, and I can already see people reaching out can already see people reaching out can already see people reaching out saying, "Hey, I would really like to saying, "Hey, I would really like to saying, "Hey, I would really like to outsite this. What do you think?" And I outsite this. What do you think?" And I outsite this. What do you think?" And I think that people are interested. I went think that people are interested. I went think that people are interested. I went into the first call saying, "Hey, hello, into the first call saying, "Hey, hello, into the first call saying, "Hey, hello, this is me."

  28. this is me." this is me." >> First of all, I'm not trying to replace >> First of all, I'm not trying to replace >> First of all, I'm not trying to replace anyone. Kind of just putting it out anyone. Kind of just putting it out anyone. Kind of just putting it out there. And they were like, "Oh, no. We there. And they were like, "Oh, no. We there. And they were like, "Oh, no. We don't care about that. We're really don't care about that. We're really don't care about that. We're really excited about this. [laughter] So, I excited about this. [laughter] So, I excited about this. [laughter] So, I think think think >> that's awesome. Yeah. >> that's awesome. Yeah. >> that's awesome. Yeah. >> Yeah. The team is making it really easy >> Yeah. The team is making it really easy >> Yeah. The team is making it really easy on me. Like, it's on me. Like, it's on me. Like, it's >> that's great. >> that's great. >> that's great. >> It's great. They want to see it working. >> It's great. They want to see it working. >> It's great. They want to see it working. They want to use it. They I think they They want to use it. They I think they They want to use it. They I think they they all understand what it brings to they all understand what it brings to they all understand what it brings to the table. It's not about firing people the table. It's not about firing people the table. It's not about firing people to get replaced by AI, but it's making to get replaced by AI, but it's making to get replaced by AI, but it's making their life better their life better their life better >> so they can quality. >> so they can quality. >> so they can quality. >> Yeah. So they can actually do more >> Yeah. So they can actually do more >> Yeah. So they can actually do more interesting stuff rather than the interesting stuff rather than the interesting stuff rather than the repetitive automated or not automated, repetitive automated or not automated, repetitive automated or not automated, boring dayto-day stuff. boring dayto-day stuff. boring dayto-day stuff. >> So it's >> So it's >> So it's >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> It's not taking everything out of their >> It's not taking everything out of their >> It's not taking everything out of their plates. It's just taking the boring out. plates. It's just taking the boring out. plates. It's just taking the boring out. >> Yeah. I mean, it's got to be a culture >> Yeah. I mean, it's got to be a culture >> Yeah. I mean, it's got to be a culture shift from the top down. It's not a, you shift from the top down. It's not a, you shift from the top down. It's not a, you know, two-month workshop that we're know, two-month workshop that we're know, two-month workshop that we're doing this quarter or a compliance doing this quarter or a compliance doing this quarter or a compliance training you have to click through. It training you have to click through. It training you have to click through. It has to be a culture shift. And I think has to be a culture shift. And I think has to be a culture shift. And I think that's what's so difficult, especially that's what's so difficult, especially that's what's so difficult, especially for these larger organizations. with for these larger organizations. with for these larger organizations. with legacy systems, legacy SOPs, it is legacy systems, legacy SOPs, it is legacy systems, legacy SOPs, it is tough. And I think it's great that you tough. And I think it's great that you tough. And I think it's great that you stepped into an environment where stepped into an environment where stepped into an environment where everyone was pretty excited. That's everyone was pretty excited. That's everyone was pretty excited. That's that's huge that's huge that's huge >> because I've definitely felt that before >> because I've definitely felt that before >> because I've definitely felt that before where that's not the case. You know, where that's not the case. You know, where that's not the case. You know, people are like, "Oh, look at this guy.

  29. people are like, "Oh, look at this guy. people are like, "Oh, look at this guy. This is the one that this guy wants to This is the one that this guy wants to This is the one that this guy wants to come in here and take my job with his come in here and take my job with his come in here and take my job with his robots." robots." robots." >> So, that's great that you have um sounds >> So, that's great that you have um sounds >> So, that's great that you have um sounds like just a nice supportive culture. like just a nice supportive culture. like just a nice supportive culture. >> Yes. And I was quite scared of that >> Yes. And I was quite scared of that >> Yes. And I was quite scared of that before my first call. So I honestly I before my first call. So I honestly I before my first call. So I honestly I went in and that was the first thing I went in and that was the first thing I went in and that was the first thing I said I'm not trying to replace anyone said I'm not trying to replace anyone said I'm not trying to replace anyone please don't hate me you know this is please don't hate me you know this is please don't hate me you know this is going to be great going to be great going to be great >> and I was sh >> and I was sh >> and I was sh >> especially because I mean you are also >> especially because I mean you are also >> especially because I mean you are also in house but for people that maybe are in house but for people that maybe are in house but for people that maybe are taking the approach of like being taking the approach of like being taking the approach of like being consultants that come from external into consultants that come from external into consultants that come from external into the org. It's like consultants already the org. It's like consultants already the org. It's like consultants already sometimes have a really negative sometimes have a really negative sometimes have a really negative connotation for the the actual connotation for the the actual connotation for the the actual stakeholders of the process. Um so very stakeholders of the process. Um so very stakeholders of the process. Um so very very important either way but awesome. very important either way but awesome. very important either way but awesome. Yeah. So what what h kind of happened Yeah. So what what h kind of happened Yeah. So what what h kind of happened after you got started then? after you got started then? after you got started then? >> Yes. So the first few weeks it was more >> Yes. So the first few weeks it was more >> Yes. So the first few weeks it was more understanding what the company is and understanding what the company is and understanding what the company is and what each branch of it is and so on and what each branch of it is and so on and what each branch of it is and so on and then of course it was thinking about the then of course it was thinking about the then of course it was thinking about the processes and better use cases of processes and better use cases of processes and better use cases of automations and what was more important automations and what was more important automations and what was more important within those automations. And now I'm on within those automations. And now I'm on within those automations. And now I'm on the process of hiring a team because the process of hiring a team because the process of hiring a team because this is huge. Like the amount of work this is huge. Like the amount of work this is huge. Like the amount of work there is to do, if I'm the only person there is to do, if I'm the only person there is to do, if I'm the only person doing it, I'm going to be the bottleneck doing it, I'm going to be the bottleneck doing it, I'm going to be the bottleneck and it's going to get stuck and you and it's going to get stuck and you and it's going to get stuck and you know, we're going to lose that momentum.

  30. know, we're going to lose that momentum. know, we're going to lose that momentum. So, we are actually starting to hire and So, we are actually starting to hire and So, we are actually starting to hire and having interviews with some people of AI having interviews with some people of AI having interviews with some people of AI AIS plus. Um, AIS plus. Um, AIS plus. Um, >> Awesome. Awesome. >> Awesome. Awesome. >> Awesome. Awesome. >> Yeah. Seeing how it goes. But it's fun. >> Yeah. Seeing how it goes. But it's fun. >> Yeah. Seeing how it goes. But it's fun. It's interesting. there's a lot of It's interesting. there's a lot of It's interesting. there's a lot of people really committed and really people really committed and really people really committed and really looking to make a change in this new era looking to make a change in this new era looking to make a change in this new era with AI and so on. So it's it's a good with AI and so on. So it's it's a good with AI and so on. So it's it's a good place to be. It's a good place to dive place to be. It's a good place to dive place to be. It's a good place to dive into AI and everything that can come out into AI and everything that can come out into AI and everything that can come out of it. of it. of it. >> So >> So >> So you have talked about kind of how you you have talked about kind of how you you have talked about kind of how you went from not really feeling comfortable went from not really feeling comfortable went from not really feeling comfortable with AI and automation to starting to with AI and automation to starting to with AI and automation to starting to learn how to build. And I think that learn how to build. And I think that learn how to build. And I think that building to some extent is very building to some extent is very building to some extent is very important. I'm not saying that everyone important. I'm not saying that everyone important. I'm not saying that everyone needs to go figure out how to build a needs to go figure out how to build a needs to go figure out how to build a full stack app themselves, but I think, full stack app themselves, but I think, full stack app themselves, but I think, you know, obviously you have to you know, obviously you have to you know, obviously you have to understand what you're building and why understand what you're building and why understand what you're building and why and how it works. You've also talked and how it works. You've also talked and how it works. You've also talked about building in public and sort of about building in public and sort of about building in public and sort of documenting some of the stuff, getting documenting some of the stuff, getting documenting some of the stuff, getting out of your comfort zone. What else do out of your comfort zone. What else do out of your comfort zone. What else do you have to tell people who maybe would you have to tell people who maybe would you have to tell people who maybe would like to be able to step into some sort like to be able to step into some sort like to be able to step into some sort of role like head of AI? What else could of role like head of AI? What else could of role like head of AI? What else could they be doing when it comes to the the they be doing when it comes to the the they be doing when it comes to the the prep or maybe even like the interviewing prep or maybe even like the interviewing prep or maybe even like the interviewing and the applications? What else could and the applications? What else could and the applications? What else could people be sort of taking away from this?

  31. people be sort of taking away from this? people be sort of taking away from this? I think a couple of advices for people I think a couple of advices for people I think a couple of advices for people going into interviews. Things that I've going into interviews. Things that I've going into interviews. Things that I've started to see now is do your research. started to see now is do your research. started to see now is do your research. Research the person that's going to Research the person that's going to Research the person that's going to interview to interview you or research interview to interview you or research interview to interview you or research the company. Even more important, I had the company. Even more important, I had the company. Even more important, I had people coming into the interview saying, people coming into the interview saying, people coming into the interview saying, "So I research young and you know I know "So I research young and you know I know "So I research young and you know I know this this this and that and I think we this this this and that and I think we this this this and that and I think we can do some really cool stuff on this." can do some really cool stuff on this." can do some really cool stuff on this." and actually showing them motivation of and actually showing them motivation of and actually showing them motivation of what they want to do and what they want what they want to do and what they want what they want to do and what they want to bring to the table. And then to bring to the table. And then to bring to the table. And then >> I have other people reaching out and >> I have other people reaching out and >> I have other people reaching out and sending abbreviations of the words and sending abbreviations of the words and sending abbreviations of the words and like hey what up and I'm like hold on like hey what up and I'm like hold on like hey what up and I'm like hold on are you looking for a job or like so I are you looking for a job or like so I are you looking for a job or like so I would say try to take it serious try to would say try to take it serious try to would say try to take it serious try to do your research have something to show do your research have something to show do your research have something to show just it's going to happen just it's going to happen just it's going to happen there's going to be so many jobs on AI there's going to be so many jobs on AI there's going to be so many jobs on AI and automations because the world is as and automations because the world is as and automations because the world is as we know it is changing and this is no we know it is changing and this is no we know it is changing and this is no longer something that huge companies can longer something that huge companies can longer something that huge companies can have. It's actually something that every have. It's actually something that every have. It's actually something that every company will have. So if you're company will have. So if you're company will have. So if you're interested in doing this, just dive interested in doing this, just dive interested in doing this, just dive deep, learn it, play with it, apply to deep, learn it, play with it, apply to deep, learn it, play with it, apply to jobs. Just break the bandaid. Don't jobs. Just break the bandaid. Don't jobs. Just break the bandaid. Don't don't stay here waiting to, you know, don't stay here waiting to, you know, don't stay here waiting to, you know, see what happens or maybe AI won't see what happens or maybe AI won't see what happens or maybe AI won't replace me. Just go and go out there and replace me. Just go and go out there and replace me. Just go and go out there and make it happen. It's so much fun.

  32. make it happen. It's so much fun. make it happen. It's so much fun. >> It really is. It really is. Once you >> It really is. It really is. Once you >> It really is. It really is. Once you get in the mindset that everything that get in the mindset that everything that get in the mindset that everything that you do in life, everything that you try, you do in life, everything that you try, you do in life, everything that you try, you always kind of go through that you always kind of go through that you always kind of go through that period. And and this is a this is period. And and this is a this is period. And and this is a this is something I talk about a lot in the something I talk about a lot in the something I talk about a lot in the community which is something that I got community which is something that I got community which is something that I got from Hermoszi which is like the the from Hermoszi which is like the the from Hermoszi which is like the the entrepreneurial entrepreneurial entrepreneurial um transition curve or just in general um transition curve or just in general um transition curve or just in general the transition curve and the idea that the transition curve and the idea that the transition curve and the idea that you always are excited at the beginning you always are excited at the beginning you always are excited at the beginning and that's the stage of the uninformed and that's the stage of the uninformed and that's the stage of the uninformed optimist because you just don't really optimist because you just don't really optimist because you just don't really understand the complexities. you come understand the complexities. you come understand the complexities. you come over that hump and you become the over that hump and you become the over that hump and you become the informed pessimist and then you just informed pessimist and then you just informed pessimist and then you just basically have this decision of do you basically have this decision of do you basically have this decision of do you want to crash and burn or are you going want to crash and burn or are you going want to crash and burn or are you going to take that momentum all the way back to take that momentum all the way back to take that momentum all the way back up again. Now you're also an optimist up again. Now you're also an optimist up again. Now you're also an optimist but you're an informed optimist it and I but you're an informed optimist it and I but you're an informed optimist it and I think that that's really important for think that that's really important for think that that's really important for people to understand that everyone has people to understand that everyone has people to understand that everyone has that feeling of overwhelm and it's not that feeling of overwhelm and it's not that feeling of overwhelm and it's not just once you get that feeling maybe just once you get that feeling maybe just once you get that feeling maybe every week, maybe every month but every week, maybe every month but every week, maybe every month but >> you just got to push through and I think >> you just got to push through and I think >> you just got to push through and I think that's really important. Summary

The discussion centers on the accelerating adoption of AI in businesses, citing an IBM survey that highlights a significant increase in Chief AI Officer roles and CEO confidence in AI. It emphasizes that AI is no longer exclusive to large corporations and that while employees possess AI skills, utilization remains low.
