Um, and so that really stuck to me when I learned that really stuck to me when I learned that really stuck to me when I learned that and when I started and when I started and when I started seeing that in the clients that I had, seeing that in the clients that I had, seeing that in the clients that I had, um, and then just started noticing it um, and then just started noticing it um, and then just started noticing it more in like social dynamics or social more in like social dynamics or social more in like social dynamics or social groups and how that shows up differently groups and how that shows up differently groups and how that shows up differently in different spaces, in different spaces, in different spaces, um, and what people do when they don't um, and what people do when they don't um, and what people do when they don't feel safe. Right? Like a lot of the time feel safe. Right? Like a lot of the time feel safe. Right? Like a lot of the time you you shut down, you hide, you like you you shut down, you hide, you like you you shut down, you hide, you like you're not you can't express.

I've I've always known that I would continue to always known that I would continue to always known that I would continue to work with them in one in some way or work with them in one in some way or work with them in one in some way or another. So, I thought that's what I was another. So, I thought that's what I was another.
